She was worried over her make up and clothes
He thinks she may have a petty crush on him but no one really knows
That day he and she were going to a dance
He decided if the time was right he'll give her a chance
She looked so beautiful in her deep red velvet dress
And she was planning on confessing her love to someone so she dressed to impress
He saw her walking his way
He chuckled changing his mind thinking 'Not dating her no way.'
Her heels clicked to the sound of the beat
He gave her a glare with a way so discrete
She took a breathe
He got ready to give the good old rejection speech
When she walked passed him
And then the lights went to a dim
The music began to be slow and enchanting
And she walked up to the person she loved still smiling
Everyone around finally got the clue
Who the mysterious crush was as she said 'May i have this dance with you?'
The first couple began to walce so effortlessly
He did not understand how they shared such intimacy
The crowd of friends cheered as the two danced glad they could finally dance together in public
There was no more pressure, for this dance was only filled with a great wave of romantic
He stood there in aw
As he could not believe he wasn't the love but the one left behind as everyone saw
While the two figures swayed on the dance floor
He began to anger yelling at her while she had to ignore
This was her moment and it was not going to get wrecked by some guy
As selfish as he wanted the girl he was going to reject loved someone else did not sit with him
So she danced never looking at him nor looking grim
They had kept it a secret for so long now all they could do was dance
The two girls were in such a loving trance

Its finally gone
My october blues
Nothing left to dwell on
We don't need one more excuse
November is now rolling out
Its going to be december cheer
What was yesterday's homework all about?
I'll be smiling ear to ear
How are you today?
I am very glad
Don't you just want to jump and scream YAY!
It's nice to have spent these lovely months with such a dashing lad

I'm sorry
That I text you
At four a.m.
When
I
Can't
Breathe
Because of
Anxiety attacks.

I'm sorry that
I can't make serious phone calls
Or order at Subway
Around the corner,
Even though I know
I like thinly sliced turkey
And chipotle dressing.

I'm sorry that
I forget things like
Birthdays and middle names
And I'm sorry
That I don't know how to
Kiss.

I'm sorry
That you think
When I don't take a compliment
I'm fishing for you
To keep going,
Because in my rotting skull
That option
Isn't even possible.

I'm sorry.
So sorry.
That if you're
Nice to me
I will never
Ever
Believe you
Actually like me.

I think
I'm finally
In a place
Where being so sore
That walking up
A flight of
Thirteen stairs
Makes my legs burn
Feels good to me.

They say I'm getting stronger.
I think they're right.

First off my friend
Let me begin
By saying I ain't no poet
Just a fool with a pen

Now with those pleasantries
Out of the way
Let me proceed to say
What I need to say

I've written different poems
On different subjects, different matters
Some soft as a kitten
Others mad as a hatter

Every now and then
I stand on the serious ledge
But more often than not
I fall right off of the edge

Like I said before
I'm just a fool with a pen
Drooling from my smile
Cross eyed in my grin

Separating in rhyme
All the boys from the men
Cackling in crazy
From the beginning to the end

Thanking my lucky stars
Rhyming comes so easy
Like a trip to Venus or Mars
Half baked brain and over queasy

Like I said before
When all of this began
I really ain't no poet
Just a fool with a pen

this tear started out its journey
in the corner of a blind child's eye
given up in loneliness
and other reasons children cry

with no other place to escape
except into life's emptiness
rolling down the unseen cheek
finding comfort in the grass

where it's taken in a vapor
from the heat of noon day cares
joining other tear drops in the clouds
passing by on a prayer

they soon all grow too heavy
which begs for their release
to pour upon the shattered lives
into eyes so they can see

Exam time,
Stupid exam time
Think you're so formidable, do you?
Well I'm about to erase that
Leer off of that ugly face,
I'm going to grab you with
These hands covered in
Tired ink stains,
And mercilessly squeeze you
And extracting a handful words out,
I'll create a Poem out of you.
Oh, how much you'd hate that, right?
But yeah, that's what I'm going to do.

I can almost hear snow hit the bare pavement
I can even hear the trees creak, Swaying naked
But I’m listening to my thoughts
And their deafening hum
Flowing at the rhythm of my heart
Beating numb.
And I’ve only just realized;
That there is no such thing as silence.
*Only inner peace

She is not noticed at the back of the classroom
The teacher does not raise his head giving her the comfort of his attention towards her unanswered questions
She is ashamed of her silentness

He is noticed by every girl at the front of the classroom
The teacher will give him a good talking to once he asks for his attention to said questions
He is tired of his noise

She left class in a rush
He took his sweet time

She went home with her drunk parents fighting
She fled to her room with music
She did not say a word today or yesterday

He went home drunk fighting with his parents
He went to his room and started playing the guitar
He had said too many words that he now regrets

She, the next day, went back to the classroom
He, the next day, went back to the classroom
Her eyes for the very first time meeting with his
