I have a plethora of pain
Although I am fortunate
That much is appreciable
I'm just trying not to use people for my own gain
People tend to take me as rude
I say I'm staying true
I keep telling them I can be cold and sweet
They can't see
Finite amounts of knowledge on me
Sometimes I wonder why God made life so fathomless
I believe everyone tries to understand
I don't think God will ever give answers to man
It's just a bunch of guesses
A bunch of twists and turns
My life is full of bruises and burns
Paltry is the perfect word to describe this
It's all in vain
What if none of this is real
And we wake up from a dream when we die
My accretion of worry increases by the day
The reason I play it safe
My mother thinks I'm selfish
I should be more thankful
Gratitude guide me
So I can be grateful
But I'm not satisfied with the way life is
My insatiableness
I just learned to cope with it
But this is all too copious

Tyranny reigns through the world
Causing death and destruction
Forcing people to come to qualm
With this harsh reality
That this is what we evolved into
Something dark
Something without hope.
As time keeps going on and on
Will we as a society be able to say
That we achieved the greater good as a collective.

bathing in secret pools.
mercury roiling.
the fragrance of lovers vaporous.
skin clinging to skin. fire in their eyes
sweet pain in the release
going over.

the gods in their limpid clemency feign truth
upon darkness maligned with them

even in throes of madness
melting at the core
they step from the waters and know the hour.

what is given cannot be broken
by gods or man
only death can pull them apart
and even then….

*angry in the cheat. clouds smearing them with spume
old gods defeated by one hard truth. their hearts surrendered.

It's been over for a while but
I'm starting to notice
I miss kissing
I don't really want to kiss her again
But it really is a nice feeling

I feel the love, I feel the flames.
I got attached to you and now I can't get unattached.
You said you loved me and I said I love you.

You let me down, you let us down.
how could you leave me in this cold ground?
I needed your hand but instead you gave me your back.

I stayed to the ground until you came back
you didn't come back.

You walked past me like if you never seen me before.
You walked past me catching the one that was the love of your life.

This cold ground turned into beautiful ashes.
