Here's one thing about each day that's a fact
They don't begin and end the same way,
And no matter how challenging and whack
There's really no bad day.
Even though yours may start with a heartbreak,
A delayed rent or some unpaid bills,
know ye that your Lord thy God is great!
So even if you put in efforts and failed on the hills,
Rest assured a day poses no real threat.
So no matter what happens, a bad day never kills.
There's one thing about each day we wake up to,
They all begin and end in a different way
So from now on hereto,
There's nothing like a bad day.

Words can leave you broken
Depending on what and to whom it was spoken.
Be it about your situation or image,
Words can cause tremendous damage.
So whether it comes from afar
Or from the drunken dude in the bar,
Negative words will leave you with an emotional scar.

Negative words will make you touch the sky
And some will you make you ask yourself why?
Some words will put your emotions in prison
For no justifiable reason.

Some negative words come at the wrong moment
In the form of a stupid comment
That will ruin your entire tonight
Thereby starting a fight.

Negative words are intertwined with vile statements
To mess up your beautiful moments.
Negative words can cause everything to go wrong
Special moments that can't be fixed using love song

So watch out for negative words my dear
Some words we'll try to bear,
from negative words, we'll never be able to escape
Not even in a Superman's cape.

Fireflies need no introduction.
So at night time they just glow
And light up the constellation
With that natural illuminous flow.

Fireflies are nature's lightning bugs
When they glow they teach us how
To love by giving free undeserved hugs.
That ****** the summer's evening show.

Fireflies lights up the natural environment
Especially in the midsummer nights
When they form part of the entertainment
That nature designed using bright lights.

Fireflies are nature's beautiful showgirls
They love flying and flexing their wings
When they giggle at night like schoolgirls
Who set fireballs to the playground swings.

I'm the beginning of the end
and the end of time and space.
I'm essential to all creation
and I surround you every place.

I'm without a specific form
and I'm the building block of life.
I'm the unseen guest in your dorm
and I move with stealth like a thief.

I'm not the first neither am I the last
Yet I have always been present.
                            Call me the ancestral ghost from the past             
and I'll never ever really be absent.

Who am I, who do you think I really am?
I have no friends or known enemies
About my identity, nobody gives a ****!
I'm he who has no real rivals and nemesis.

A shout out to LeBron
For a big night in Akron
A welcome win for the Cavaliers
Tonight against the TimberWolves.

Cavs finally ended the drought
Via the energy they brought.
Coach Tyronn Lue drew up a game plan
That finally brought a win to the land.

Both teams put up a spectacular show
Leaving the erratic Cavs fans like wow!
The combined 3s of forty was historic,
Shot by both teams was really fantastic!

Tonight LeBron played like a real GOAT!
Playing great basketball from all over the court!
The big block on Butler is not what this is about,
But the clutched game winner fadeaway he shot!

Today I had a premonition about something
It was about the kinds of poems I keep writing.
I know most poets don't deem them fit
And not every one of them will be a hit.
I know most people will think it whacks
And will boldly write a comment like *****!
And by the same token tell you '' just kidding''
We all know this is direct intellectual bullying!
And every poet sits here and do absolutely nothing.
How can you live without any remorse of shame?
Maybe people do it to silence the poet in me,
Maybe they do it to ease the pains in themselves
Or to find identity in their miserable lives.
As for me, you just wasting your precious time
You really need to up your bully game.
For me, I certainly will not be defeated
Neither will I ever be intimidated,
By any pathetic, mean and sad individual
Masquerading as a poet or intellectual,
Using Hello Poetry as a cocoon
To scar people's emotions like in the bully room.
You know who you are
And I don't care.
For I'm here to stay
And will write any day!
