On a winter's day
With a summer's mind
In a sky so grey
The pessimistic kind.

green yellow red
its time to go home
what do you miss?
shhh can you hear him?

You threw me to the snakes
leaving me to fend for myself,
discarding me like an object that
you had grown bored of.
And,
when i crawled out from the pit
more powerful than before,
venom coursing through my veins ,
I became the monster.
I became the one to be feared.

How easy it is to forget that monsters are not born
but made
and my dear,
you are responsible for every inch of the creature I have become.

Stay alive deep within me.
Fill me everlastingly by a peace enduring; a hope unfading.
Cure me of my curiosity; let my dreams be truly fulfilled.
By the warmth of you - inside of me - I revere an eternity of a freedom held by you.
Love, love of my life, allow me - if only once - to write the most beautiful art.

He’s always there
In the night and day
Protecting me, if scared
Keeping me out of harm's way

My knight in shining armor
A poet and a writer
A doctor if needed too
He comes out of the blue.

He’s also a scientist
Teaching me at every step
I wonder, Is he ever wrong?
As i try to comprehend

Pushing me always to do my best
Never settling for any less
He helps me achieve all my goals
Punishing me lightly when i do wrong

A teacher, soldier
And my best friend too
