Make light of sunbuilt notions

the first time i saw her stretch marks i
saw beauty as a landscape formed,
lightning collapsed on her earth
captured by my lavender mind
i painted cosmic energy on
her body, oil on canvas ii
created a portrait my
fingertip a brush as
i drew a valley of
a thousand hills
on her fragile
temple.

She was in my arms
Hugging us tighter
Our bodies getting warmer
We close our eyes
And let our hearts
Be in one part.

My back flat
On my comfy bed
Staring at the
bare ceiling,
wondering
how many lives
Can be saved
if we simply
Master how to
love ALL

solace can be found in many sacred spaces, taken from the everyday & poured out as a libation before ourselves. she is her own goddess, daily met in the mists of morning prayers, trailing like smoke to the high heavens. the pearly gates are stained after millenia of soot and pollution.

Sun God shine on me;
Every hour I darken your alter,
with thoughts of loving you in my prayers.
