Sunset kisses,
the ocean’s skin.
Orange light cradles,
in the waves' arms.
And the sky’s darkness,
finds a home,
in the ocean's heart.

Rain forgets itself.
It falls, it breaks, it unnames.
I long to follow.

all that pain
and belittlement
you served me
day and night
when no one
was looking
made the little
