I just cannot see
Why you won't open to me?
Why put up that wall
When you know that I'm not tall?
Yet, though I am just small
Still, I can see it all
When I get a glimpse
into your wounded heart.
I’m  standing on a snowy mountain top
in Alaska
When my brother says he misses me
Says it’s been to long since I’ve come from the lower 48

And I’m sad to admit that’s it’s true
But through the rain I spit out
I say I’ll do better
But I never do

“It’s a shame I can’t stay longer”
I say to him
But I know that I don’t have the heart to wander away from my comfort zone

I’m headed up north to Alaska
To find some peace of mind
But I’m left feeling empty
Like I'm leaving what I set out to find

Heading north to Alaska
I’m going north to Alaska
Ive come and gone
But my heart is In Alaska

Saw the northern lights dance in the sky
Brought tears to my eyes
Kayaked through the pacific
Sea otters swam by my side

Saw mountain carry the sky
So tall I felt so small inside
It’s the last frontier
Its the last of the Best of the world

I’m headed up north
I’m going north to Alaska
Ive come and gone
But my heart is In Alaska
Brush of grass,
the emptying winds of a clearing sky
I sit on my feet crossed under new Sun,
—a beautiful scene. Darling as you and I.

The first love,
best remembered that was found in youth
I covered you under the rest of my Love,
—a pillow covering. A trade of tooth.

Questing heroism,
searching for a knight of a tale of fairy
Dragons flaming voice he fights for a Princess,
—an expressive word. Impressions do vary.

So many ways to portray my love,
that of which strait tongue is narrow broken in two.
But in these complex feelings towards,
—I'll say it in simple. Darling I love you.
Tonight I hugged an angel
And it made my night
As she looked me in the eyes
And held me real tight
I sang to her a song
And I saw her dance
As her stunning beauty
Had me in a trance
Tonight I met an angel
And she made me so happy
Tonight I was in heaven
Because she talked to me
A poem I was in a pored to write
you take all of the
stars in the night sky with you
whenever you leave.

Looking at the tree:

can I climb that high, up there --

where the kite is stuck?
Collection "From Sacred Scriptures [1]"
the night my life changed
i was wearing
a white dress
with blue and red
flowers

and you were wearing
well, actually
it doesn't
matter

the night my life changed
it was dark
and you were drunk
and somehow
it was my fault
this is not my story, but it needs to be heard.
The white expanse is
Stifling in its liminality
Limitless in its containment

There is no here or where
Before or after
Just now
Just this endlessly eternal instant
