Loving you feels a lot like drowning
My lungs constantly searching for the air you used to breath down my throat.
I don't know whether to inhale or hold my breath;
I guess it doesn't really matter, they both hurt the same.
I've been wondering what the easiest way to die would be.
I don't really care anymore, without you, I'm dead anyways.

Tell me what you love
I'd give it all
You want passion?
I'll make fire to ignite your soul
You want sincerity?
I'd look you straight in the eyes and hope to see beyond your soul and answer anything you wish to know
You want material possessions?
I'll surprise you when you least expect it
You want someone else?
I'll set you free
Let you soar high like an eagle
Tell me what you want– I'd give it all
The world is yours
I'll let you try anything and everything
If it's death we shall do it together
A world without you is no better than a world without light
I hope you feel the intensity and let it burn
I hope with that, I have touched your heart
Because with you, I already have the world

Nothing is more precious that you my northern star, my luminescent sky.

Emma Amme
She spent days building ice castles in the sun
He spent days trying to light fire to his house in the rain.
She drank coffee laced with poison to nurse her soul back to health
He took tablets of visions so he could hide from himself.
And when they met the fires thrived
the poison killed
and the visions overcame
and the ice castles turned
to puddles

Seher Seven
there's the cancer and
then there are all the ism's
***-ism
colonialial-ism
rac-ism
we know them
the ones we all have a stance on
and they're all different.
(recognize conquer and divide when it's in front of you)
but they are only the
symptoms of the cancer
I thought I would fight for them
and raise my daughter to, too.
now I understand
knowing how to clean water
and build basic buildings
are the skills we need
first

all these isms deflect
from our united light
experience here, fully supported
by the orchestra of sound. it's
what happened when we
stopped roaming the Earth.
stuff began to appear
I imagine the first steps were
a roof and food and water storage

somewhere soon began the unconscious (I trust in intention)
attack of the chromosomal female
lineage and all it's power
and wisdom of this universe
and beyond!
(Awww My Raaz)

Slowly began the,
yes, we have to be real,
systematic degradation of the soil.
then the species began to decrease,
a few in betweens,
and we're here.

Hello Poetry - how sweet your option is
to send the words out
that are making me quiver
to be a giver of myself
whether understood or
Not...
that doesn't matter.

I am having a hard time
falling asleep this last week
and the suckling baby is not
the only reason
I feel myself mentally heaving
you see I think I'm actually
successfully breaking up with
my brain
I think it's calling out for
assistance.
its using it's visions
and the birthright wisdom
of life
to spew words from my fingers
a new place
a new space
but I'm no fragile writer
I've beat the soul of
most of my beasts
and lived to tell it.
so I'll tell it
and swell for it
and spell it out
LaNita is my real name
and yo! my mom just checked me out!

An Uncommon Poet
1:30pm, Friday Afternoon;
before me was an hourglass figure
lost in her own beauty
lit by limelight
illuminated with every smirk and grin
she dropped her robe
wearing her armoured skin
I studied every inch of every curve
from her waist to her unsupported *******
her uncovered belly and vulnerable legs
her beauty was bulletproof
she was foolproof
solely dominant in her free flowing wind
she ruled the world
without speaking a word
she found men drooling
but they would degrade her
they would lessen her
women would study her
in the privacy of their homes
but squint their eyes at a pass by
i don't see the issue
why must she be put down
I've stared at her for 9 minutes now
the difference from hips to waist
the body she's accepted she can't replace
I do not see insufficiency
nor lack of anything
as a matter of fact she had everything
I was lost in reality
not the falsified dismantled claim
of the jealous fool
she put pity on those of insecure judgement
she was not a *** object standing before me
she was an invaluable soul
weighted by comments
locked in her mindful safe
it is now 1:43
and admittedly
I was lost entirely in her persistent and almost torturous stance
as a young woman naked and vulnerable
but trusting of me to adore her
instead of disguise her truth in snide
she was a weightless soul
carrying the weight of the world

She was the kind of girl
Worth dancing with
In the middle of the living room
To the music
Of late night television.

She was the kind of girl
Who made the sky dizzy
Whenever it looked down at her
Because she was
More vast than the sea.

She was the kind of girl
You wanted to kiss
In each and every snow drift
Because her lips
Were warmer than any jacket.

She was the kind of girl
Who held you at night
     And whose arms lingered
Because when she was gone
You still felt her around you.

She was the kind of girl
People drag themselves
From their beds and walk to work
Because they needed to care
For a necessity like her.

She was the kind of girl
Who made you trip over
Words you wished were nearly as lovely as her,
Because she was the embodiment
Of all you ever wanted to say

To swoon the stars and put the moon in your back pocket.
