We are a speck in a large swirl of stars, planets, and galaxies
A second to us is but a useless moment in an endless eternity
Time moves on even if we are absent to see it
Days pass on despite whom we may miss
The universe could care less about who calls out,
in agony, in sorrow, in pain, in anger
They are but a split second of sound in a torrent of silence.
The stars don't seek to know who you are.
The universe owes you nothing.
You don't have to exist.
But you do.
On your own terms you live and breathe.
You owe the universe nothing.
You owe the stars nothing.
You exist on your own terms.
You live because to choose to.
Not because someone told or wants you to.
