The song of spring is in the wind,
The smell of rain heavy in the air.
What once was frozen solid,
Now breaths life into the soul.

Born from hope and desperate dreams,
The bright rays of life infiltrate the skies.
Rising from death and growing strong,
Enchanting green joins the living.

Returning peace to the once restless,
Warmth to the cold.
Winter is finally leaving,
The snow finally melting.

Bright colours fill my vision,
Soft music flows in the air.
A light breeze brushes against my skin,
The gentle warmth of the sun welcoming.

Letting go of past conflicts,
Holding on to the good memories.
Stepping away from what used to be,
Gaze set towards a new tomorrow.

I am being reborn,
A new dawn is rising.
Taking deep breath,
I jump.

Meeting you must've been destiny,
Your bright smile lighting up my world.
The moment you entered my life,
It became so much more worthwhile.

We spent many summer days together,
Long nights talking about the world.
Winters spent wrapped up in blankets,
Enjoying each others company.

I wish I could go back with what I knew now,
Prevented many regretful mistakes.
I wish I let you know what I was thinking,
That I could have told you the truth.

I was in love with you,
You were the world to me.
But you had to leave me behind,
So I will keep my thoughts in mind.

Until we meet again.

Cold.
The crisp air on my face,
The crunchy snow beneath my feet.

Dark.
The sun impossibly far away,
The streets seemingly deserted.

Isolated.
Hiding from the rest of humanity,
Remembering a time of warmth.

Numb.
Eternally waiting for spring,
Waiting to feel alive.

Drifting down,
From the heavens above.
Neither an end,
Nor a beginning.

Bringing peace,
And tranquility.
To those who watch,
And wait.

Listen,
And you'll hear their song.
Quiet and undisturbed,
Forever patient.

Just look to the sky,
There you'll see.
The little snowdrops,
That forever sing to me.

The earth trembles,
Trees shake from their vary roots,
A flash cuts through the sky,
Wind carries a grunt of god, himself.

Children crying,
Dogs barking,
Sound can be heard from every direction,
White as paper is everyone's complexion.

Silence follows,
An eerie feeling sets in,
Waiting for another,
Listening carefully.

Is it the end?
Or shall it continue?
Can people finely rest?
Or are we forever doomed?

Something is wrong,
I feel it inside,
Whenever I express myself,
You run and hide.

I do not no why,
You used to be so kind,
Have you lost interest?
Have you changed your mind?

With all we have been through,
And with all we have seen,
You're never here anymore,
I'm wondering where you've been.

Is this the end?
I guess that just depends,
I still love you,
But you just want to be friends.
