una niebla capaz de confundir las brújulas
y atravesar de tarde los postigos
todo en el territorio de aquella infancia breve
con la casa en la loma cuyo dueño
cara un tal valentín del escobar
y el nombre era sonoro me atraían
las paredes tan blancas y rugosas
ahí descubrí el lápiz como colón su américa
sin saber que era lápiz y mientras lo empuñaba
alguien hacía muecas al costado de un biombo
para que yo comiera pero yo no comía

después es la estación y es el ferrocarril
me envuelven en la manta de viaje y de calor
y había unas mangueras largas ágiles
que lavaban la noche en los andenes

las imágenes quedan como en un incunable
que sólo yo podría descifrar
puesto que soy el único especialista en mí
y sin embargo cuando regresé
apenas treinta y dos años más tarde
no había andén ni manta ni paredes rugosas
ya nadie recordaba la casa en la lomita
tampoco a valentín del escobar
quizá sea por eso que no puedo creer
en pueblo tan ceñido tan variable
sin bruma que atraviese los postigos
y confunda las brújulas
un paso de los toros enmendado
que no tiene ni biombo ni mangueras

el espejo tampoco sabe nada
con torpeza y herrumbre ese necio repite
mi pescuezo mi nuez y mis arrugas
debe haber pocas cosas en el mundo
con menos osadía que un espejo

en mis ojos amén de cataratas
y lentes de contacto con su neblina propia
hay rehenes y brujas
espesas telarañas sin arañas
hay fiscales y jueces
disculpen me quedé sin defensores
hay fiscales que tiemblan frente a los acusados
y jueces majaderos como tías
o deshumanizados como atentos verdugos
hay rostros arduos y fugaces
otros triviales pero permanentes
hay criaturas y perros y gorriones
que van garúa arriba ensimismados
y un sosías de dios que pone cielos
sobre nuestra mejor abolladura
y tampoco el espejo sabe nada
de por qué lo contemplo sin rencor y aburrido

y así de noche en noche
así de nacimiento en nacimiento
de espanto en espantajo
van o vamos o voy con las uñas partidas
de arañar y arañar la infiníta corteza

más allá del orgullo los árboles quedaron
quedaron los presagios las fogatas
allá atrás allá atrás
quién es tan memorioso
ah pero la inocencia ese búfalo herido
interrumpe o reanuda
la fuga o cacería
de oscuro desenlace

todos mis domicilios me abandonan
y el botín que he ganado con esas deserciones
es un largo monólogo en hiladas
turbado peregrino garrafal
contrito y al final desmesurado
para mi humilde aguante

Me desquito clavándole mi agüero
me vengo espolvoreándolo de culpas
pero la soledad
                            esa guitarra
esa botella al mar
esa pancarta sin muchedumbrita
esa efemérides para el olvido
oasis que ha perdido su desierto
flojo tormento en espiral
cúpula rota y que se llueve
ese engendro del prójimo que soy
tierno rebuzno de la angustia
farola miope

tímpano
ceniza
nido de águila para torcazas
escobajo sin uvas
borde de algo importante que se ignora
esa insignificante libertad de gemir
ese carnal vacío
ese naipe sin mazo
ese adiós a ninguna
esa espiga de suerte
ese hueco en la almohada
esa impericia
ese sabor grisáceo
esa tapa sin libro
ese ombligo inservible
la soledad en fin
                              esa guitarra
de pronto un día suena repentina y llamante
inventa prójimas de mi costilla
y hasta asombra la sombra
qué me cuentan

en verdad en verdad os digo que
nada existe en el mundo como la soledad
para buscarnos tierna compañía
cohorte escolta gente caravana

y el espejo ese apático supone
que uno está solo sólo porque rumia
en cambio una mujer cuando nos mira sabe
que uno nunca está solo aunque lo crea
ah por eso hijos míos si debéis elegir
entre una muchacha y un espejo
elegid la muchacha

cómo cambian los tiempos y el azogue
los espejos ahora vienen antinarcisos
hace cuarenta años la gente los compraba
para sentirse hermosa para saberse joven
eran lindos testigos ovalados
hoy en cambio son duros enemigos
cuadrados de rencor bruñidos por la inquina
nos agravian mortifican zahieren
y como si tal cosa pronuncian su chispazo
mencionan lustros y colesterol
pero no las silvestres bondades de estraperlo
la lenta madurez esa sabiduría
la colección completa de delirios
nada de eso         solamente
exhuman
las averías del pellejo añejo
el desconsuelo y sus ojeras verde
la calvicie que empieza o que concluye
los párpados vencidos siniestrados
las orejas mollejas la chatura nasal
las vacantes molares las islas del eczema

pero no hay que huir despavorido
ni llevarle el apunte a ese reflejo
nadie mejor que yo
para saber que miente

no caben en su estanque vertical
los que fui los que soy los que seré
siempre soy varios en parejos rumbos
el que quiere asomarse al precipicio
el que quiere vibrar inmóvil como un trompo
el que quiere respirar simplemente

será que nada de eso está en mis ojos
nadie sale a pedir el vistobueno
de los otros que acaso y sin acaso
también son otros y en diversos rumbos
el que aspira a encontrarse con su euforia
el que intenta ser flecha sin el arco
el que quiere respirar simplemente
será que nada de eso está en mi ceño
en mis hombros mi boca mis orejas
será que ya no exporto dudas ni minerales
no genera divisas mi conducta
tiene desequilibrios mi balanza de pagos
la caridad me cobra intereses leoninos
y acaparo dolor para el mercado interno

será que nada de eso llega al prójimo
pero yo estoy hablando del y con el espejo
y en su Iuna no hay prójima y si hay
será tina entrometida que mira sobre mi hombro

los prójimos y prójimas no están el el luciente
sencillamente son habitantes de mi
y bueno se establecen en mi como pamperos
como arroyos o como burbujas

por ejemplo las dudas no están en el espejo
las dudas que son meras preconfianzas
por ejemplo los miércoles no están
ya que el espejo es un profesional
de noches sabatinas y tardes domingueras
los miércoles de miércoles quien se le va a arrimar
pedestre o jadeante
inhumano y cansado
con la semana a medio resolver
las tardes gordas de preocupaciones
el ómnibus oliendo a axila de campeón

los insomnios no caben por ejemplo
no son frecuentes pero si poblados
de canciones a trozos
de miradas que no eran para uno
y alguna que otra bronco no del todo prevista
de ésas clue consumen la bilis del trimestre

tampoco aquellos tangos en Ios que uno sujeta
en suave diagonal la humanidad contigua
y un magnetismo cálido y a la vez transitorio
consterna los gametos sus ene cromosomas
y entre corte y cortina se esparcen monosílabos
y tanto las pavadas aleluya
como las intuiciones aleluya aleluya
derriban las fronteras ideológicas

verbigracia qué puede rescatar el espejo
de una ausencia tajante
una de esas ausencias que concurren
que numeran sus cartas
y escriben besos ay de amor remoto

qué puede qué podría reconocer carajo
de las vidas y vidas que ya se me murieron
esos acribillados esos acriborrados
del abrazo y el mapa y los boliches
o los que obedecieron a su corazonada
hasta que el corazón les explotó en la mano
sea en el supermarket de la mala noticia
o en algún pobre rancho de un paisaje sin chau

poco puede conocer de los rostros
que no fueron mi rostro y sin embargo
siguen estando en mí
y menos todavía
de los desesperantes terraplenes
que traté de subir o de bajar
esos riesgos minúsculos que parecen montañas
y los otros los graves que salvé como un sordo
así hasta que la vida quedó sin intervalos
y la muerte quedó sin vacaciones
y mi piel se quedó sin otras pieles
y mis brazos vacíos como mangas
declamaron socorro para el mundo

en la esquina del triste no hay espejo
y lo que es
                  más
austero
                                        no
hay auxilio
por qué será que cunden fas alarmas
y no huy manera ya de descundirlas

el país tiene heridas grandes como provincias
y hay que aprender a andar sobre sus bordes
sin vomitar en ellas ni caer como bolos
ni volverse suicida u miserable
ni decir no va más
porque está yendo
y exportamos los huérfanos y viudas
como antes la lana o el tasajo

en el muelle del pobre no hay espejo
y lo que es
                   más
sencillo

hay adioses

los tratemos que estaban en el límite
las muchachas que estaban en los poemas
asaltaron de pronto el minuto perdido
y se desparramaron como tinta escarlata
sobre las ínfulas y los sobornos
metieron sus urgencias que eran gatos
en bolsas de arpillera
y cuando las abrieron aquello fue un escándalo
la fiesta prematura
igual que si se abre una alcancía

hacía tanto que éramos comedidos y cuerdos
que no nos vino mal este asedio a la suerte

los obreros en cambio no estaban en los poemas
estaban en sus manos nada más
que animan estructuras telas fibras
y cuidan de su máquina oh madre inoxidable
y velan su garganta buje a buje
y le toman el pulso
y le vigilan la temperatura
y le controlan la respiración
y aquí atornillan y desatornillan
y allí mitigan ayes y chirridos y ecos
o escuchar sus maltrechas confidencias
y por fin cuando suena el pito de las cinco
la atienden la consuelan y la apagan

los obreros no estaban en los poemas
pero a menudo estaban en las calles
eon su rojo proyecto y eon su puño
sus alpargatas y su humor de lija
y su beligerancia su paz y su paciencia
sus cojones de clase
qué clase de cojones
sus olas populares
su modestia y su orgullo
que son casi lo mismo

las muchachas que estaban en los poemas
los obreros que estaban en las mulos
hoy están duros en la cárcel firmes
como las cuatro barras que interrumpen el cielo

pero habrá otro tiempo
es claro que habrá otro
habrá otro ticnlpo porque el tiempo vuela
no importa que ellas y ellos no estén en el espejo
el tiempo volará
                             no
como el cóndor
ni como el buitre ni como el albatros
ni como el churrinche ni como el venteveo
el tiempo volara como la historia
esa ave migratoria de atlas fuertes
que cuando Ilega es para quedarse

y por fin las muchachas estarán en las mulos
y por fin los obreros estarán en los poemas
ay espejo ignorás tanta vida posible
tenés mi soledad
vaya conquista
en qué mago atolón te obligaste a varar
hay un mundo de amor que te es ajeno
así chic no te. quedes mirando má mirada
la modorra no escucha campanas ni promesas
tras de mi sigue habiendo un pedazo do historia
y yo tengo la llave de ese cobre barato
pero atrás más atrás
o adelante mucho más adelante
hay una historia plena
una patria en andamios con banderas posibles
y todo sin oráculo y sin ritos
y sin cofre y sin llave
simplemente una patria

ay espejo las sombras que te cruzan
son mucho más corpóreas que mi cuerpo depósito
el tiempo inagotable hace sus propios cálculos
y yo tengo pulmones y recuerdos y nuca
y otras abreviaturas de lo frágil
quizá una vez, te quiebres
dicen que es mala suerte
pero ningún espejo pudo con el destino
o yo mismo me rompa sin que vos te destruyas
y sea así otra sombra que te cruce

pero espejo ya tuve como dieciocho camas
en los tres años últimos de este gran desparramo
como todas las sombras pasadas o futuras
soy nómada y testigo y mirasol
dentro de tres semanas tal vez me vaya y duerma
en ml cama vacía número diecinueve
no estarás para verlo
no estaré para verte

en otro cuarto neutro mengano y transitorio
también habrá un espejo que empezará a
   escrutarme
tan desprolijamente como vos
y aquí en este rincón duramente tranquilo
se instalará otro huesped temporal como yo
o acaso dos amantes recién homologados
absortos en su canje de verguenzas
con fragores de anule e isócronos vaivenes

no podrás ignorarlos
egos le ignorarán
no lograrás desprestigiar su piel
porque será de estreno y maravilla
ni siquiera podr á vituperar mi rostro
porque ya estaré fuera de tu alcance
diciéndole a otra luna de impersonal herrumbre
lo que una vez te dije con jactancia y recelo

he venido con toldos mis enigmas
he venido con todos mis fantasmas
he venido con lerdees mis amores

y antes de que me mire
como vos me miraste
con ojos que eran sello parodia de mis ojos
soltaré de una vez el desafío

ay espejo cuadrado
nuevo espejo de hotel y lejanía
aquí estoy
                  ya podés
empezar a ignorarme.
La puerta como siempre abierta
mi latido que mueve los ríos de sangre
y tu al otro lado de la calle.

Volverte a ver desato huracanes,
lleno estos pulmones
y amarro mis ilusiones.

Volverte a ver fue pasajero,
fue como un beso robado,
una foto lejana.

Estabas frente aquella puerta azul,
donde te espere tantas noches,
donde deje mi columna abandonada
y el cuaderno de versos
que los mortales no comprenden,
pero que nuestro amor
un día los vio nacer.

Volverte a ver fue deseo
fue odio, fue rabia,
rabia de saber que no me puedo acercar
por vergüenza, por falta de agallas
por falta de palabras.

¿serán los versos el arma de un cobarde?
y ¿me hace marica llorarte poemas?

Volverte a ver fue inmenso y lleno de emoción
fue recuerdo y también amor,
fue sentir al sol abrazándome
mientras me decía
que aún puedo respirar.

Y que sin dolor no existió amor...
no existió aquella criatura de rubí.

UN LUGAR PARA MI ALMA

Durante mucho tiempo, cuando los amaneceres  fueron  un umbral para  los días apagados ,  existía  en mi mente ,una lucha interna entre las capas de mi razón ...y los zócalos profundos de mi piel.
Yo estaba segura que mi origen , había sido de una cepa siniestra, estúpida idea defectuosa que carcomía mi cerebro y me hacia sentir como una partícula insignificante, sulfatada, viviendo un exilio y confinada a lo mas mínimo e inexistente .

En medio de esta desvelada costilla, había una duda rodando siempre en mi cabeza :¿qué era la vida? Realmente era esto vivir, así sin respirar sin sentir el latido del corazón? No!, yo estaba segura que la vida era otra cosa, era transcurrir  y suceder mientras sientes como fluye tu sangre por las venas, es vibrar sin sentir miedo,andar descalza y disfrutar lo que te ofrece el suelo.
Entonces,¿ por qué yo sentía dentro de mi, cosas opuestas? , ¿Por qué mis pupilas últimamente sucumbían… cuando el espacio sin forma alguna, seguía arrastrándome al **** abismo?, lugar incómodo para mis huesos, donde ya no deseaba estar más.
Esta invalidez de mi sequía mental, este virus polimorfo que se instaló en mis venas , ha atormentado mi alma por mucho tiempo cuando yo aun estaba viva.

Todavía  recuerdo cuando
comencé a obedecer la misoginia autoritaria de una bestia putrefacta, y de como se metió profundo y desgarro mis miedos desmenuzando todas mis dudas para luego vomitarlas  sobre mi fragilidad. Fue justo ahí cuando la oscuridad absoluta, la soledad última, se adueñó de mis sueños y al parecer ,del mismo modo que cualquier estrella recorre su dominio en forma precisa, yo...avanzaba por este mundo, quebrada, con un corazón débil, sin rumbo y con un horizonte completamente sombrío y la confianza rasgada y rota.

En ese entonces,yo solía sentarme en un banco de madera, muy al fondo de todo ,donde las hojas secas eran el único alimento para mi razón y fijaba la vista en el suelo, queriendo encontrar una salida , pero una vez metida en este estado algo, o alguien me hacia observar como con cada amanecer , mi vida caía al fondo del tiempo, muy profundo , muy intima de mi misma , naufragando mi condena perpetua , esa que caía sobre mi estéril cuerpo  cada vez que me  abandonaba  a los vientos revueltos, al arrastre irrespetuoso de ese alguien, de ese gusano letal que creí que me cuidaba.

Y si, muy pronto llegó ese momento, donde los que me conocían, ya jamás pudieron saber nada de mi.Nada de la que fui, ya  nunca más pudo asomarse a ningún nuevo crepúsculo .
Dentro de ese vivir sin anhelar nada, sin querer nada, solo lo indispensable (comida y agua), mi vida, que no era tal, un día deseo terminar de nacer, pero no ahí, en ese injerto tejido de engaños, donde era una sarcófago siniestro para mis nuevas ilusiones.,

Invisible para muchos, con un carácter incompleto y con mis ojos repletos de tinieblas y temores, un día ...me fui a terminar de venir a este mundo , ya grande, sola y sin esperanza alguna, decidí dejar de deslizarme por esta vida venenosa y comenzar a pisar la tierra, ésta que me dio origen y me perdió por un tiempo y así , de a poco ,me alejé de las mentiras disfrazadas con ternura y me quite de encima  a muchas sanguijuelas que a mi alma primera, la vieron morir día a día y no hicieron nada.

Esta lloviendo sin parar afuera , falta todavía una hora para que la noche cierre, entonces peregrino por mis últimos tormentos, abro mis ojos , y los veo a ellos, iracundas almas inocentes, que jamás comprendieron los misterios  que aun aprietan mi cuello, pero saben que fui su único lecho y la única caricia real que jamás sus latidos sentirán.

¡Ya llega el día! ¡ya llega el  día!
¿En dónde hallaré ahora , un lugar para esta entraña  mía que está libre,
muy dañada y rota?

de lenguas vivas (ayer
maestro de gay-saber,
aprendiz de ruiseñor),
en un pueblo húmedo y frío,
destartalado y sombrío,
entre andaluz y manchego.Invierno. Cerca del fuego.
Fuera llueve un agua fina,
que ora se trueca en neblina,
ora se torna aguanieve.Fantástico labrador,
pienso en los campos.¡Señor
qué bien haces!  Llueve, llueve
tu agua constante y menuda
sobre alcaceles y habares,
tu agua muda,
en viñedos y olivares.Te bendecirán conmigo
los sembradores del trigo;
los que viven de coger
la aceituna;
los que esperan la fortuna
de comer;
los que hogaño,
como antaño,
tienen toda su moneda
en la rueda,
traidora rueda del año.¡Llueve, llueve; tu neblina
que se torne en aguanieve,
y otra vez en agua fina!¡Llueve, Señor, llueve, llueve!   En mi estancia, iluminada
por esta luz invernal
-la tarde gris tamizada
por la lluvia y el cristal-,
sueño y medito.                 Clarea
el reloj arrinconado,
y su tic-tic, olvidado

monótono y aburrido.Tic-tic, tic-tic, el latido

con esa monotonía

y lo que yo más quería
la muerte se lo llevó.   Lejos suena un clamoreo
de campanas...Arrecia el repiqueteo
de la lluvia en las ventanas.Fantástico labrador,
vuelvo a mis campos. ¡Señor,
cuánto te bendecirán
los sembradores del pan!Señor, ¿no es tu lluvia ley,
en los campos que ara el buey,
y en los palacios del rey?¡Oh, agua buena, deja vida
en tu huida!¡Oh, tú, que vas gota a gota,
fuente a fuente y río a río,
como este tiempo de hastío
corriendo a la mar remota,
en cuanto quiere nacer,
cuanto espera
florecer
al sol de la primavera,
sé piadosa,
que mañana
serás espiga temprana,

y más: razón y locura
y amargura
de querer y no poder

Esta boca es mía
nací con ella, me crié con ella
aprendí a hablar y a conjugar adjetivos
palabras, sujetos y predicados
escupiendo cosas que nunca debí decir
masticando en ella la vida como menta
saboreando cada momento, cada prosa
con mi boca la que no procesa
lo que de la mente llega
mas aun sale al desnudo
como un bebe al recién nacer.
De mi boca
la que muerde siente y se arrepiente
la que delira a cada rato
la que conoce un vocabulario sin sentido
rima frases sin diccionario
porque si no existen se las inventa
hasta que lleguen a existir
casi así como el Latín
un idioma al extinguir
una lengua sin domesticar
diciendo cosas sin sugerir
sin ninguna delicadeza
que interrumpe sin excusar
sea mentira o sea ******
es una boca sin conciencia
que deja de ser boca
en el momento que empieza hablar.

Talvez tengo una fijación oral
sea por angustia o ansiedad
mi boca no conoce nicotina
ni mariscos ni invertebrados
que se sacuden en el piso
pero si una buena botella de vino
y un trago de whisky,
mejor ni hablar...

Sabes que mi boca se fue de gira
y de paso conoció a otras
enternecidas, endurecidas por los años
secuestradas por amores baratos
sin ningún tipo de amnistía
mas para mi boca fue un contrabando
ladrona de besos prestados
que suben de precio en el mercado
en los burdeles de los gitanos
y de mis fantasías cuando ya no estas.

Y es así que me quede sin boca
cuando paso hacer tuya
porque no hay boca con mas levadura
no hay boca con mas fortuna
tan pesimista y tan conformista
y al final de cuenta tan habladora
que se resbala en mi camisa
bajando de botón a botón
subiendo denuevo
se esconde y la encuentro
visitando a la mía,
la mía misma
que después de tantos años
dejo de ser boca
porque ya no se conforma
ni se entiende ni se toca
si no te besa a ti.

La luna riela en las olas de los gemidos de mi viento.

La noche se torna amarga en el nacer del día

Alejandra y yo escribimos mejor por la noche,

Alejandra ya no está con nosotros pero su noche es eterna en mi dicha.

Podríamos haber sido amigas,
compartir alguna noche;
pero la muerte nos separa,

Descubrí (en tinder de todos los sitios posibles) a la escritora argentina Alejandra Pizarnik y me está gustando tanto que decidí reempezar su "Extracción de la piedra de la locura" con un boli en la mano. Este es el primer texto de una serie que iré subiendo según lea y escriba, basado en su corto "Linterna sorda" del que incluyo más de la mitad.

So I found out (in tinder of all places) about this great Argentinian poet called Alejandra Pizarnik. I liked her "Extracting the stone of madness" so much I decided to restart it with pen in hand, and this is my first shot at a poem based on her's. In this case, the short "Deaf flashlight", of which I included (and tried to translate lol) more than a half. I know poetry is harder upon switching languages and I myself try to do my best at coping with them, but I know there is a translation of the book out there, haven't checked it out myself tho.
Cuando allá dicen unos
Que mis versos nacieron
De la separación y la nostalgia
Por la que fue mi tierra,
¿Sólo la más remota oyen entre mis voces?
Hablan en el poeta voces varias:
Escuchemos su coro concertado,
Adonde la creída dominante
Es tan sólo una voz entre las otras.

Lo que el espíritu del hombre
Ganó para el espíritu del hombre
A través de los siglos,
Es patrimonio nuestro y es herencia
De los hombres futuros.
Al tolerar que nos lo nieguen
y secuestren, el hombre entonces baja,
¿Y cuánto?, en esa dura escala
Que desde el animal llega hasta el hombre.

Así ocurre en tu tierra, la tierra de los muertos,
Adonde ahora todo nace muerto,
Vive muerto y muere muerto;
Pertinaz pesadilla: procesión ponderosa
Con restaurados restos y reliquias,
A la que dan escolta hábitos y uniformes,
En medio del silencio: todos mudos,

con palabras visibles y palpables,
con peso, sabor y olor
como las cosas.
                              Mientras lo digo
las cosas, imperceptiblemente,
se desprenden de sí mismas
y se fugan hacia otras formas,
hacia otros nombres.
                                        Me quedan
estas palabras: con ellas te hablo.

Las palabras son puentes.
También son trampas, jaulas, pozos.
Yo te hablo: tú no me oyes.
No hablo contigo:
                                  hablo con una palabra,
Esa palabra eres tú,
                                        esa palabra
te lleva de ti misma a ti misma.
La hicimos tú, yo, el destino.
La mujer que eres
es la mujer a la que hablo:
estas palabras son tu espejo,
eres tú misma y el eco de tu nombre.

Las palabras son puentes:
la sombra de las colinas de Meknès
sobre un campo de girasoles estáticos
es un golfo violeta.
Son las tres de la tarde,

entre los brazos frescos de la rubia mimosa.
Enamorado de la geometría
un gavilán dibuja un círculo.
Tiembla en el horizonte
la mole cobriza de los cerros.
Entre peñascos vertiginosos
los cubos blancos de un poblado.
Una columna de humo sube del llano
y poco a poco se disipa, aire en el aire,
como el canto del muecín

Poeta,
no temas caer en audacia
o que versos anteriores
limiten tu poesia,
esta no es un fragmento para comparación,
y al nacer una obra, ten dado
que su resolución es inaudita;
ya que un sueño profundo nunca cesa.

Solo rie en el pudor
que bajo la luna palpita,
recitandole a un sueño
un mercurio de risas.

No tomes a Melancolia como tu enemiga,
endulza el alma con un breve remordimiento.
No necesitas cambiar al mundo
ni tu vida en una palabra;
solo sentir la brisa
que respira cada grano
y cada gota que incita.

No necesitas ni lápiz,
ni papel,
ni harmonia,
solo una rima cambiante
que en su intangible ardor
rescata tu sonrisa.

No te niegues a preservarla
en el valiente rumbo de la neblina,
ya que las palabras sinceras
nunca han de ser escritas.

      y ella hasta ahora ha sido no para mí un recuerdo,
      sino luz olorosa, emanación de un mundo.

      A tu tierra reseca por la crueldad trajiste
      el rocío que el tiempo había olvidado,

      Recordarás lo que yo traía: sueños despedazados
      por implacables ácidos, permanencias
      en aguas desterradas, en silencios
      de donde las raíces amargas emergían
      como palos quemados en el bosque.
      Cómo puedo olvidar, Rafael, aquel tiempo?

      A tu país llegué como quien cae
      a una luna de piedra, hallando en todas partes
      águilas del erial, secas espinas,
      pero tu voz allí, marinero, esperaba
      para darme la bienvenida y la fragancia
      del alhelí, la miel de los frutos marinos.

      Y tu poesía estaba en la mesa, desnuda.

      Los pinares del Sur, las razas de la uva
      dieron a tu diamante cortado sus resinas,
      y al tocar tan hermosa claridad, mucha sombra
      de la que traje al mundo, se deshizo.

      Arquitectura hecha en la luz, como los pétalos,
      a través de tus versos de embriagador aroma
      yo vi el agua de antaño, la nieve hereditaria,
      y a ti más que a ninguno debo España.
      Con tus dedos toqué panal y páramo,
      conocí las orillas gastadas por el pueblo
      como por un océano, y las gradas
      en que la poesía fue estrellando
      toda su vestidura de zafiros.

Tú sabes que no enseña sino el hermano. Y en esa
hora no sólo aquello me enseñaste,
no sólo la apagada pompa de nuestra estirpe,
sino la rectitud de tu destino,
y cuando una vez más llegó la sangre a España
defendí el patrimonio del pueblo que era mío.

Ya sabes tú, ya sabe todo el mundo estas cosas.
Yo quiero solamente estar contigo,
y hoy que te falta la mitad de la vida,
tu tierra, a la que tienes más derecho que un árbol,
hoy que de las desdichas de la patria no sólo
el luto del que amamos, sino tu ausencia cubren
la herencia del olivo que devoran los lobos,
te quiero dar, ay!, si pudiera, hermano grande,
la estrellada alegría que tú me diste entonces.

      Entre nosotros dos la poesía
      se toca como piel celeste,
      y contigo me gusta recoger un racimo,
      este pámpano, aquella raíz de las tinieblas.

      La envidia que abre puertas en los seres
      no pudo abrir tu puerta, ni la mía. Es hermoso
      como cuando la cólera del viento
      desencadena su vestido afuera
      y están el pan, el vino y el fuego con nosotros
      dejar que aúlle el vendedor de furia,
      dejar que silbe el que pasó entre tus pies,
      y levantar la copa llena de ámbar
      con todo el rito de la transparencia.
      Alguien quiere olvidar que tú eres el primero?
      Déjalo que navegue y encontrará tu rostro.
      Alguien quiere enterrarnos precipitadamente?
      Está bien, pero tiene la obligación del vuelo.

      Vendrán, pero quién puede sacudir la cosecha
      que con la mano del otoño fue elevada
      hasta teñir el mundo con el temblor del vino?

      Dame esa copa, hermano, y escucha: estoy rodeado
      de mi América húmeda y torrencial, a veces
      pierdo el silencio, pierdo la corola nocturna,
      y me rodea el odio, tal vez nada, el vacío
      de un vacío, el crepúsculo
      de un perro, de una rana,
      y entonces siento que tanta tierra mía nos separe,
      y quiero irme a tu casa en que, yo sé, me esperas,
      sólo para ser buenos como sólo nosotros
      podemos serlo. No debemos nada.

      Y a ti sí que te deben, y es una patria: espera.

      Volverás, volveremos. Quiero contigo un día
      en tus riberas ir embriagados de oro
      hacia tus puertos, puertos del Sur que entonces no alcancé.

      y aquellos campos con los toros de ojos verdes
      que Villalón (amigo que tampoco
      me vino a ver, porque estaba enterrado)

      Iremos, Rafael, adonde yace
      aquel que con sus manos y las tuyas
      la cintura de España sostenía.
      El muerto que no pudo morir, aquel a quien tú guardas,
      porque sólo tu existencia lo defiende.
      Allí está Federico, pero hay muchos que, hundidos, enterados,
      entre las cordilleras españolas, caídos
      injustamente, derramados,
      perdido cereal en las montañas,
      son nuestros, y nosotros estamos en su arcilla.

      Tú vives porque siempre fuiste un dios milagroso.
      A nadie más que a ti te buscaron, querían
      devorarte los lobos, romper tu poderío.
      Cada uno quería ser gusano en tu muerte.

      Pues bien, se equivocaron. Es tal vez la estructura
      de tu canción, intacta transparencia,
      armada decisión de tu dulzura,
      dureza, fortaleza, delicada,
      la que salvó tu amor para la tierra.

            Yo iré contigo para probar el agua
            del Genil, del dominio que me diste,
            a mirar en la plata que navega
            las efigies dormidas que fundaron
            las sílabas azules de tu canto.

      Entraremos también en las herrerías; ahora
      el metal de los pueblos allí espera
      nacer en los cuchillos: pasaremos cantando
      junto a las redes rojas que mueve el firmamento.
      Cuchillos, redes, cantos borrarán los dolores.
      Tu pueblo llevará con las manos quemadas
      por la pólvora, como laurel de las praderas,
      lo que tu amor fue desgranando en la desdicha.

      Sí, de nuestros destierros nace la flor, la forma
      de la patria que el pueblo reconquista con truenos,
      y no es un día solo el que elabora
      la miel perdida, la verdad del sueño,
      sino cada raíz que se hace canto
      hasta poblar el mundo con sus hojas.
      Tú estás allí, no hay nada que no mueva
      la luna diamantina que dejaste:

            la soledad, el viento en los rincones,
            todo toca tu puro territorio,
            y los últimos muertos, los que caen
            en la prisión, leones fusilados,
            y los de las guerrillas, capitanes

Ha pasado el tiempo desde aquellos días en que compartimos
dolores que dejaron una herida radiante,
el caballo de la guerra que con sus herraduras
atropelló la aldea destrozando los vidrios.
Todo aquello nació bajo la pólvora,
todo aquello te aguarda para elevar la espiga,
y en ese nacimiento se envolverán de nuevo
el humo y la ternura de aquellos duros días.

Ancha es la piel de España y en ella tu acicate
vive como una espada de ilustre empuñadura,
y no hay olvido, no hay invierno que te borre,
hermano fulgurante, de los labios del pueblo.
Así te hablo, olvidando tal vez una palabra,
contestando al fin cartas que no recuerdas
y que cuando los climas del Este me cubrieron
como aroma escarlata, llegaron
hasta mi soledad.

Unas notas dirían que sí.
Unas formas esculpidas.
Unos versos.
Unos cuantos, más bien pocos.

Sin embargo en mi historia
menos en el dicho que en el hecho
en la prisa y el estruendo
en la sangre y el fuego
soy tan joven y pequeño.
Estoy en proyecto.
Soy el hombre en trance de nacer.
Después de Azul... después de Los Raros, voces insinuantes, buena y mala intención, entusiasmo sonoro y envidia
subterránea -todo bella cosecha-, solicitaron lo que, en conciencia, no he creído fructuoso ni oportuno: un manifiesto.Ni fructuoso ni oportuno:a) Por la absoluta falta de elevación mental de la mayoría pensante de nuestro continente, en la cual impera el universal personaje
clasificado por Remy de Gourmont con el nombre de Celui-qui-ne-comprend-pas. Celui-qui-ne-comprend-pas es, entre nosotros, profesor, académico
correspondiente de la Real Academia Española, periodista, abogado, poeta, rastaquouer.b) Porque la obra colectiva de los nuevos de América es aún vana, estando muchos de los mejores talentos en el limbo de un completo desconocimiento
del mismo Arte a que se consagran. c) Porque proclamando, como proclamo, una estética acrática, la imposición de un modelo o de un código implicaría

Aquellos días extraviaron mi sentido profético, a mi casa
entraban los coleccionistas de sellos, y emboscados, a altas horas de la estación, asaltaban mis cartas, arrancaban de ellas besos
frescos, besos sometidos a una larga residencia marina, y conjuros que protegían mi suerte con ciencia femenina y defensiva
caligrafía.
Vivía al lado de otras casas, otras personas y árboles tendiendo a lo grandioso, pabellones de follaje pasional, raíces emergidas, palas vegetales, cocoteros directos, y en medio de estas espumas verdes, pasaba con mi sombrero puntiagudo y un corazón por completo novelesco, con tranco pesado de esplendor, porque a medida que mis poderes se roían, y destruidos en polvo buscaban simetría como los muertos en los cementerios, los lugares conocidos, las extensiones hasta esa hora despreciadas, y los rostros que como plantas lentas brotaban, en mi abandono, variaban a mi alrededor con terror y sigilo,, como cantidades de hojas que un otoño súbito trastorna.
Loros, estrellas, y además el sol oficial, y una brusca humedad, hicieron nacer en mí un gusto ensimismado por la tierra y cuanta cosa la cubría, y una satisfacción de casa vieja por sus murciélagos, una delicadeza de mujer desnuda por sus uñas, dispusieron en mí como de armas débiles y tenaces de mis facultades vergonzosas, y la melancolía puso su estría en mi tejido, y la carta de amor, pálida de papel y temor, sustrajo su araña trémula que apenas teje y sin cesar desteje y teje. Naturalmente, de la luz lunar, de su circunstancial prolongación, y más aún, de su eje frío, que los pájaros (golondrinas, ocas) no pueden pisar ni en los delirios de la emigración, de su piel azul, lisa, delgada y sin alhajas, caí hacia el duelo, como quien cae herido de arma blanca. Yo soy sujeto de sangre especial, y esa substancia a la vez nocturna y marítima me hacía alterar y padecer, y esas aguas subcelestes degradaban mi energía y lo comercial de mi disposición.
De ese modo histórico mis huesos adquirieron gran preponderancia en mis intenciones: el reposo, las mansiones a la orilla del mar me atraían sin seguridad, pero con destino, y una vez llegado al recinto, rodeado del coro mudo y más inmóvil, sometido a la hora postrera y sus perfumes, injusto con las geografías inexactas y partidario mortal del sillón de cemento, aguardo el tiempo militarmente, y con el florete de la aventura manchado de sangre
olvidada.
Si hubiera de morir dentro de unos instantes, escribiría estas sabias
palabras: árbol del pan y de la miel, ruibarbo, cocacola, zonite,
cruz gamada. Y me echaría a llorar.
Uno puede llorar hasta con la palabra «excusado» si tiene ganas de llorar.
Y esto es lo que hoy me pasa. Estoy dispuesto a perder hasta las uñas,
a sacarme los ojos y exprimirlos como limones sobre la taza de café.
(«Te convido a una taza de café con cascaritas de ojo, corazón
mío»).
Antes de que caiga sobre mi lengua el hielo del silencio, antes de que
se raje mi garganta y mi corazón se desplome como una bolsa de cuero,
quiero decirte, vida mía, lo agradecido que estoy, por este hígado
estupendo que me dejó comer todas tus rosas, el día que entré
a tu jardín oculto sin que nadie me viera.
Lo recuerdo. Me llené el corazón de diamantes -que son
estrellas caídas y envejecidas en el polvo de la tierra- y lo anduve
sonando como una sonaja mientras reía. No tengo otro rencor que
el que tengo, y eso porque pude nacer antes y no lo hiciste.
No pongas el amor en mis manos como un pájaro muerto.
Las hadas, las bellas hadas,
existen, mi dulce niña,
Juana de Arco las vio aladas,
en la campiña.
Las vio al dejar el mirab,
ha largo tiempo, Mahoma.
Más chica que una paloma,
Shakespeare vio a la Reina Mab.
Las hadas decían cosas
en la cuna
de las princesas antiguas:
que si iban a ser dichosas
o bellas como la luna;
o frases raras y ambiguas.
Con sus diademas y alas,
pequeñas como azucenas,
había hadas que eran buenas
y había hadas que eran malas.
Y había una jorobada,
la de profecía odiosa:
la llamada
Carabosa.
Si ésta llegaba a la cuna
de las suaves princesitas,
no se libraba ninguna
de sus palabras malditas.
Y esa hada era muy fea,
como son
feos toda mala idea
y todo mal corazón.
Cuando naciste, preciosa,
no tuviste hadas paganas,
ni la horrible Carabosa
ni sus graciosas hermanas.
Ni Mab, que en los sueños anda,
ni las que celebran fiesta
en la mágica floresta
de Brocelianda.
Y, ¿sabes tú, niña mía,
por qué ningún hada había?
Porque allí
estaba cerca de ti
quien tu nacer bendecía:
Reina más que todas ellas:
la Reina de las Estrellas,
la dulce Virgen María.
Que ella tu senda bendiga,
como tu Madre y tu amiga;
con sus divinos consuelos
no temas infernal guerra;

En este mundo todavía... Viejo y cansado... Esperando
        a que me llamen...
Muchas veces he querido escaparme por la puerta maldita
        y condenada
y siempre un ángel invisible me ha tocado en el hombro
        y me ha dicho severo:
No, no es la hora todavía... hay que esperar...
Y aquí estoy esperando...
con el mismo traje viejo de ayer,
haciendo recuentos y memoria,
haciendo examen de conciencia,
escudriñando agudamente mi vida...
¡Qué desastre!... ¡Ni un talento!... Todo lo perdí.
Sólo mis ojos saben aún llorar. Esto es lo que me queda...
Y mi esperanza se levanta para decir acongojada:
Otra vez lo haré mejor, Señor,
porque... ¿no es cierto que volvemos a nacer?
¿No es cierto que de alguna manera volvemos a nacer?
Creo que Dios nos da siempre otra vida,
otras vidas nuevas,
otros cuerpos con otras herramientas,
con otros instrumentos... Otras cajas sonoras
donde el alma inmortal y viajera se mueva mejor
para ir corrigiendo lentamente,
muy lentamente, a través de los siglos,
nuestros viejos pecados,
nuestros tercos pecados...
para ir eliminando poco a poco
el veneno original de nuestra sangre
que viene de muy lejos.
Corre el tiempo y lo derrumba todo, lo transforma todo.
Sin embargo pasan los siglos y el alma está, en otro sitio...
        ¡pero está!
Creo que tenemos muchas vidas,
que todas son purgatorios sucesivos,
y que esos purgatorios sucesivos, todos juntos,
constituyen el infierno, el infierno purificador,
al final del cual está la Luz, el Gran Dios, esperándonos.
Ni el infierno... ni el fuego y el dolor son eternos.
Sólo la Luz brilla sin tregua,
diamantina,
infinita,
misericordiosa,
perdurable por los siglos de los siglos...
Ahí está siempre con sus divinos atributos.
Sólo mis ojos hoy son incapaces de verla...
estos pobres ojos que no saben aún más que llorar.
Sube a nacer conmigo, hermano.
Dame la mano desde la profunda
zona de tu dolor diseminado.
No volverás del fondo de las rocas.
No volverás del tiempo subterráneo.

Gente viene y va, solo quedan los momentos y la edad.
Pienso en el amor y si es una falsedad?
Porque sentirse tan vacio cuando alguno no esta?
Como hacer que te vuelva la bondad? la caridad ? la hermandad?
Si sólo el egoismo reina en nuestra sociedad.
Sonar cliche debe ser un delito, pero está tan arraigado en nosotros
que nos vuelve adictos al sin fin de comunes que vivimos..
Quién hubiera creído que se hallaba
sola en el aire, oculta,
tu mirada.
Quién hubiera creído esa terrible
ocasión de nacer puesta al alcance
de mi suerte y mis ojos,
y que tú y yo iríamos, despojados
de todo bien, de todo mal, de todo,
a aherrojarnos en el mismo silencio,

lloro, atisbo, destrozo, apagan, digo
a mi pecho que acabe, al que bien, que venga,
y quiero desgraciarme;
descúbrome la frente impersonal hasta tocar
el vaso de la sangre, me detengo,
detienen mi tamaño esas famosas caídas de arquitecto
con las que se honra el animal que me honra;
refluyen mis instintos a sus sogas,

a la madre Rosenda esplendorosa,
al viejo Adán que hablaba en alta voz con su caballo
y al perro que dormía en la escalera.
Matan al libro, tiran a sus verbos auxiliares,
a su indefensa página primera!
Matan el caso exacto de la estatua,
al sabio, a su bastón, a su colega,
al barbero de al lado -me cortó posiblemente,
pero buen hombre y, luego, infortunado;
al mendigo que ayer cantaba enfrente,
a la enfermera que hoy pasó llorando,

Si de tus dones y, de tus destrucciones, Océano, a mis manos
pudiera destinar una medida, una fruta, un fermento,
escogería tu reposo distante, las líneas de tu acero,
tu extensión vigilada por el aire y la noche,
y la energía de tu idioma blanco
que destroza y derriba sus columnas
en su propia pureza demolida.

      No es la última ola con su salado peso
      la que tritura costas y produce
      la paz de arena que rodea el mundo:
      es el central volumen de la fuerza,
      la potencia extendida de las aguas,
      la inmóvil soledad llena de vidas.
      Tiempo, tal vez, o copa acumulada

Viviente y ordenada como el pecho y el manto
de un solo ser y sus respiraciones,
en la materia de la luz izadas,
llanuras levantadas por las olas,
forman la piel desnuda del planeta.
Llenas tu propio ser con tu substancia.

Colmas la curvatura del silencio.

Con tu sal y tu miel tiembla la copa,
la cavidad universal del agua,
y nada falta en ti como en el cráter
desollado, en el vaso cerril:
cumbres vacías, cicatrices, señales
que vigilan el aire mutilado.

      Tus pétalos palpitan contra el mundo,

He woke up early today while the sun was still young in the sky, he hadn't dreamed tonite, he was still opening his eyes and getting ready to give up the bed and get up when his eyes lost their focus, he wasn't sure if he had something in his eyes or if he was dreaming. He tried closing them for a couple of second but to no avail, he was completely out of focus, he looked around his bedroom and tried to see the outline of the objects around him, everything had a soft haze as in dreams were things are not physical, so he picked up the book that was on his night stand to try to see if this optical effect or illusion was also with objects closer to his eyes, the book's title was kafka's diaries, but it read as kafka's daisies, strange he thought, as soon as that thought of strangeness left his mind the title return to normal and he took a look at his hands, then around the room. It seems the hazinness left his eyes and everything seemed normal again as far as eyesight goes, since he always had 20/20 vision, so he got up, went to the kitchen. Turn the stove on for some tea, made himself an omelet and left for work. Kepre was a nomal twenty year old as far as human being go, he studied at the university of Buenos Aires and during the weekend worked at a local bookstore, today was saturday so he was on the way to work. He hadn't noticed yet or even felt that today everything would change for the better.

Mataron a mis hermanos, a mis hijos, a mis tíos. A la orilla del
lago Texcoco me eché a llorar. Del Peñon subían
remolinos de salitre. Me cogieron suavemente y me depositaron en el
atrio de la Catedral. Me hice tan pequeña y tan gris que muchos
me confundieron con un montoncito de polvo. Sí, yo misma, la
madre del pedernal y de la estrella, yo, encinta del rayo, soy ahora la
pluma azul que abandona el pájaro en la zarza. Bailaba, los
pechos en alto y girando, girando, girando hasta quedarme quieta;
entonces empezaba a echar hojas, flores, frutos. En mi vientre
latía el águila. Yo era la montaña que engendra
cuando sueña, la casa del fuego, la olla primordial donde el
hombre se cuece y se hace hombre. En la noche de las palabras
degolladas mis hermanas y yo, cogidas de la mano, saltamos y cantamos
alrededor de la I, única torre en pie del alfabeto arrasado.
Aún recuerdo mis canciones:


                                        Canta en la verde espesura
                                        la luz de garganta dorada,
                                        la luz, la luz decapitada.

Nos dijeron: la vereda derecha nunca conduce al invierno. Y ahora las
manos me tiemblan, las palabras me cuelgan de la boca. Dame una sillita
y un poco de sol.

En otros tiempos cada hora nacía de vaho de mi aliento, bailaba
un instante sobre la ***** de mi puñal y desaparecía por
la puerta resplandeciente de mi espejito. Y yo era el mediodía
tatuado y la noche desnuda, el pequeño insecto de jade que canta
entre las yerbas del amanecer y el zenzontle de barro que convoca a los
muertos. Me bañaba en la cascada solar, me bañaba en
mí misma, anegada en mi propio resplandor. Yo era el pedernal
que rasga la cerrazón nocturna y abre las puertas del chubasco.
En el cielo del Sur planté jardines de fuego, jardines de
sangre. Sus ramas de coral todavía rozan la frente de los
enamorados. Allá el amor es el encuentro en mitad del espacio de
dos aerolitos y no esa obstinación de piedras frotándose
para arrancarse un beso que chisporrea.

Cada noche es un párpado que no acaban de atravesar las espinas.
Y el día no acaba nunca, no acaba nunca de contarse a si mismo,
roto de monedas de cobre. Estoy cansada de tantas cuentas de piedra
desparramadas en el polvo. Estoy cansada de este solitario tronco.
Dichoso el alacrán madre, que devora a sus hijos. Dichosa la
araña. Dichosa la serpiente, que muda de camisa. Dichosa el agua
que se bebe a sí misma. ¿Cuándo acabarán de
devorarme estas imágenes? ¿Cuándo acabaré
de caer en esos ojos desiertos?

Estoy sola y caída, grano de maíz desprendido de la
mazorca del tiempo. Siémbrame entre los fusilados. Naceré
del ojo del capitán. Lluéveme, asoléame. Mi cuerpo
arado por el tuyo ha de volverse un campo donde se siembra uno y se
cosechan ciento. Espérame al otro lado del año: me
encontrarás como un relámpago tendido a la orilla del
otoño. Toca mis pechos de yerba. Besa mi vientre, piedra de
sacrificios. En mi ombligo el remolino se aquieta: yo soy el centro
fijo que mueve la danza. Arde, cae en mí: soy la fosa de cal
viva que cura los huesos de su pesadumbre. Muere en mis labios. Nace en
mis ojos. De mi cuerpo brotan imágenes: bebe en esas aguas y
recuerda lo que olvidaste al nacer. Soy la herida que no cicatriza, la
pequeña piedra solar: si me rozas, el mundo se incendia.
Toma mi collar de lágrimas. Te espero en ese lado del tiempo en
donde la luz inaugura un reinado dichoso: el pacto de los gemelos
enemigos, del agua que escapa entre los dedos de hielo, petrificado
como un rey en su orgullo. Allí abrirás mi cuerpo en dos,
para leer las letras de tu destino.
Cuánto vive el hombre, por fin?

Vive mil días o uno solo?

Una semana o varios siglos?

Por cuánto tiempo muere el hombre?

Qué quiere decir «Para Siempre»?

Preocupado por este asunto
me dediqué a aclarar las cosas.

Busqué a los sabios sacerdotes,
los esperé después del rito,
los aceché cuando salían
a visitar a Dios y al diablo.

Se aburrieron con mis preguntas.
Ellos tampoco sabían mucho,
eran sólo administradores.

Los médicos me recibieron,
entre una consulta y otra,
con un bisturí en cada mano,
saturados de aureomicina,
más ocupados cada dia.
Según supe por lo que hablaban
el problema era como sigue:
nunca murió tanto microbio,
toneladas de ellos caían,
pero los pocos que quedaron
se manifestaban perversos.

Me dejaron tan asustado
que busqé a los enterradores.
Me fui a los ríos donde queman
grandes cadáveres pintados,
pequeños muertos huesudos,
emperadores recubiertos
por escamas aterradoras,
mujeres aplastadas de pronto
por una ráfaga de cólera.
Eran riberas de difuntos
y especialistas cenicientos.

Cuando llegó mi oportunidad
les largué unas cuantas preguntas,
ellos me ofrecieren quemarme:
era todo lo que sabían.

En mi país los enterradores
me contestaron, entre copas:
-«Búscate una moza robusta,
y déjate de tonterías».

Nunca vi gentes tan alegres.

Cantaban levantando el vino
por la salud y por la muerte.
Eran grandes fornicadores.

Regresé a mi casa más viejo
después de recorrer el mundo.

No le pregunto a nadie nada.

Pero sé cada día menos.

Déjenme solo con el día.

Creyeron que era pálida, luego
la encontraron más viva que el
susurro colorido de un árbol de almendra,
estaba ahí llena de figuras de luz
paseándose como cisnes por su frente, entre
la gente, la espesa llama clara de sus pasos
fue inspirando a cada músico, a cada pintor
a cada hombre de traje de lino que caminaba
por el bulevar de los ángeles rotos, creyeron
que su voz era débil, mas cuando la escucharon
una trompeta de caballería anuncio su coro,
tenía tanto esplendor que hubiera dado le vida
a los hombres de piedra, y susurrar sus nombres
era el sabor de un almendro en los labios llenos
de ocasión para el disturbio de la inspiración,
en sus manos se formaban espigas de trigo
lleno de miel, de su espalda podían nacer
tanto gladiolos como destellantes oxidianas suaves,
creyeron que estaba dormida, pero ella ya andaba volando.

los granos de su harina,

Vidas recostadas junto a mi traje como palomas paralelas,
o contenidas en mi propia existencia y en mi desordenado sonido
para volver a ser, para incautar el aire desnudo de la hoja
y el nacimiento húmedo de la tierra en la guirnalda: hasta cuándo
debo volver y ser, hasta cuándo el olor
de las más enterradas flores, de las olas más trituradas
sobre las altas piedras, guardan en mí su patria
para volver a ser furia y perfume?

Hasta cuándo la mano del bosque en la lluvia

escucho aproximarse como el fuego en el humo,

en un río de espigas llega el sol a mi boca
como una vieja lágrima enterrada que vuelve a ser semilla.
Cuando se mira los faroles rojos
en la orilla del mar,
mi pescador, el de profundos ojos,
pone sus negras redes a pescar.

(El mar ante la noche se ilumina,
y sus olas doradas, al nacer,
florecen como un ansia repentina
en ojos de mujer).

Pez de luna bruñida no se pesca,

Y un sueño del paraíso

Que en las más estrechas plazas,
Faroles y gallardetes,
Banderolas y oriflamas
Con los hermosos colores
De la bandera de Iguala.
Y al escuchar tantos gritos,

Con esa mirada linda y encantadora has logrado que cambie mi actitud y tóme un rumbo inesperado. Cada noche espero con ansiedad poder conversar y contarte todas las cosas que haces nacer dentro de mi. Pero no se si tu sientes lo mismo, no tengo miedo a decírtelo, porque es un riesgo que vale la pena tomar.
