“I feel good”

I say it in a bit of a drunken slur

the cars are flashing by in a whirl of snow and sleet

you’re  the only thing in the world I want right now

I feel a wide palm caress my hip, and eyes gaze down still

you’re the only thing I want now

the only thing I need to feel

hot breath on an ear, a bumpy car ride

to wherever youth goes when it its gone bad

you are my saving grace and my one way ticket to everland

you only you

with the hair on your chin

and slick hands.

Neverland
A** place where we never grow old
The people there let go
How do I know?
A fairy told me so
Now fly at your flow
betterdays Apr 2014
never is a longish time
evermore miles longer,wider
vulnerable to repartition
everlasting in it's perpetuity
re-quiescent supine                       eternally
                                 rewound
                                   rewound

How amazing that Now unveils its face,
sets me in motion,
reshapes and changes so life will embrace
my emergence as a free soul.

I suddenly feel like striding up mountains
reaching summits and
shout my request so that Fate may count
me blessed in this Everland.

Instead of digesting manna of loneliness
I shall dine on soul-bread
kneaded by affinity's fingers in golden
awareness I will never forget.

Heaven allows me to play destiny's hand
as it shows me new love
for in lighting faith's candle I understand
what time can no longer touch.

Transformed I will dance on a fresh alter,
imbibe desire's nectar
embrace the passion of later-love water
and taste bliss in pleasure's bed.

For a few precious moments I can escape
celled walls of apathy
and in unfettered Self-Space celebrate
belief in wished-for happiness.

When Now stands still I pledge to leap
between unused seconds
and ****** Fantasy's chances to hear
as another dimension beckons.
Some will break and some will merely bend as
we travel through until the end,
The end and I have seen the end in fallen friends, watched them drop and die,
die and wonder why I watched the end, wondered why that I should bend not break, not take the dip and slip into the,no not me everland
and wonder still,
some always will.
