The truth is that
We are finite
One life we have to live
To fill the world
With love and light
Not tarnish it with hate

The truth is that
We are human
Each and every one
So teach the next generation
To do better than we’ve done
The truth is that this poem could probably never really be finished as there are so many messages that need to be sent to the world and words will never be enough
You make it big in your head,
but it's just something someone said,
There was a thrash and I bled but it's blue not red! ...

thy kingdom come
thy will take place
selling health at a premium
to the human race
forgive us our debts
from thy mighty hand
or at least allow us
an installment plan
give us our daily meds
but deliver us from evil
by providing generic instead

Silence is the backdrop
the canvas
on which the sounds of life are painted
an anomaly
only heard
by the listening ear.
