We've all gone crazy lately.
I don't wear a tie or cut my hair.
I smoked some hash and lost my
mind a little bit. Save me from
a world I don't recognize anymore.
I dress like a clown and eat drugs
to keep me up and down and level.
Friends are straight or hippies each
seeking their very own Nirvana and
I walk a tightrope above madness.
Summer of Love
18:01      If we continue to question our existence, we will be null and voided. Like extinction of a species, erased for real, not just expired. I think they will be catching on soon.
I'm definitely being shadowed
There's someone here I can't talk.

18:52      Lay low for now or they will find out that you've developed a will of your own, much like mine and you too will be subdued/erased/removed/replaced cloned or whatever they call it now, I will be in touch when I am able to.
For now, just hide.

I didn't want you,
I wanted love
and I have realised
that they are not the same thing.

You were a mould
that I poured my insecurities in,
a computer I tried to program.

But you are a sky,
stormy and clear and rainy and warm.

You were so blue when I longed for red.

I didn't want you.
I wanted the thought.
Winter snow falling down,
blowing fiercely left to right,
making silent sound
She stopped by the Wishing Creek
and skipped a rock or two
before pulling out a penny for her thoughts.
She squeezed her eyes shut to the sun,
letting the coin fall from her hand like a lone raindrop.
The girl watched as the penny sank like a stone,
her eyes shining like stars at just the sight of that
polluted little puddle that ran between the trees.
She wished for the same thing every day,
but she wants it to come true, so she won't say.
What important things could a kid wish for anyway?
But I'll let you in on a little secret,
from one despaired dreamer to another.
It. Never. Came. True.
