Having the strength and courage
The will to survive
Just keep pressing on through
In order for darkness to subside
The sun eventually will shine
There will be a gain of altitude
You are going to rise up again
And show your gratitude

When there is a calm after the storm
Tranquility starts to kick in
Anguish and acrimony move to the side
And the sun shines once again
Those clouds filled with darkness
Have been pushed away
Pleasant moments are on the horizon
For clarity is here to stay

Always encourage the youth
To give it their best
Be that mentor in their life
Guide them to excellence
Teach them to have heart
And to take a leap of faith
Always reach for the gold
As you charge from the gate

Always rise up accordingly
And never give up on your dreams
Keep moving in a forward motion
No matter how difficult the battle may seem
Situations will always test you
But, you must hang in there
Continue to press on through
And climb those stairs

You can reach for your victory
But, you must always give a great effort
Always be willing to give it your best
One must have a heart
Take those strides accordingly
Have that energy in everything that you do
Always keep those feet moving
Have that strong will in order to pull through

Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go.
Let’s have a really great show.
Let’s fly just like an arrow,
Faster than a sparrow.

We know we are the best.
Let’s put it to the test.
Prove we are worthy champions
From The South Pole to the Grampians.

Just see our motivation:
Our hope is our foundation.
We’re full of self belief
And going to cause some grief.

We know we are so great.
To play we cannot wait.
Once more unto the breach:
A win’s within our reach.

Teachers teach us
We listen and learn
Valuable information is presented
So that way, we can earn
We apply those teachings
To our everyday life
We find the strength and courage
To live, grow and do what is right

Sometimes you must go through a struggle
Before you can see the light
Remove yourself from the darkness
In order for that path to be bright
Always find strength within you
Be the one who continues to strive
Put your heart into everything
Lift yourself up and thrive

Always be in motion
And find that inner strength
With everything that you do
It all starts with that one step
Be that motivating force
Be fierce with determination
Move towards that goal
