My dearest father, king of fireflies far and wide
has given I, his daughter princess firefly
A very special place, a floating pink castle, sigh

This castle is beautiful, more than I've ever seen
Father always pleases me, father loves me so
Once father gave me a mountain of solid gold

This castle is so extravagant and simply divine,
such a heavenly fragrance surrounds I sigh
Giving all my friends and I a wonderful high

Tonight, my lovely pink castle we shall light
we shall drink our wine and laugh with delight
So if suitors come ask father's permission

"May thy lovely firefly princess be my wife?"
I shall request of each suitor with a smile,
"Yes, the first one bringing us a slice of fire"

So goddess of evening has finally arrived
Enchants and from a crescent moon alights
And stars stun, such a spectacular sight

And here cometh my many suitors all in a line
Dragonflies, cicadas, honeybees and fireflies,
Wasps, Bumblebees, beetles, and butterflies

They've inquired of my father for my hand
Father extends to each my challenge dare,
And there they go searching across the land

Poetry, your Lips,
Your eyes, your smile

I can't get enough
Your poetic devices
Drive me wild

Poetry,
Think I love you

Why do I love poetry, why does your poetry fascinate me so?

There is no specific rhyme or reason, why I love poetry. Except words Love, words,
way you string those words together.
Makes a rainy day feel like sunny weather

Sunshine dreams
smiling at me,

Ocean, sand

A starry night

Our
Kiss of
illumination
transports us love
Where we lie upon sands
soaking in warmth of Sunlight
With a cool exotic pineapple drink

My summer garden
enchants everyone
who looks upon,
O' beautiful blooms
of fragile beauties
in striking colors,
A vine of trumpets
alluring pink flowers
with a hidden interior
of bright sunshine,
And some hibiscus
in exotic tangerine
with tongues adorned
in tiny yellow beads,
And some geraniums
in passionate hot pink,
So this summers day
I'm sitting amongst
those lovely flowers
untangling my hair
When a little creature
of mythology flew past
And very fast actually
seconds later returning
Tiny wings fluttering,
fluttering and fluttering
a hundred miles an hour
Yet, suspended there
admiring a geranium
A passionate hot pink
And so close, so, so close
looking at me, and says,
"Your flowers, I do admire"
And then quickly flew away
"Oh, little hummingbird,
Sweet little hummingbird
Will you return someday?"
