I still remember the last time I saw you
and I remember the day I realized
it was really over

but life goes on, as things do
however, I still find myself
thinking about you

I’ve seen other people,
I’m sure you have too
but still, I really, truly do
myss you

I MISS YOU and I'm tired of it.

When I start missing someone it doesn't end there.
I begin to think of all the faces.
The places.
All those that are far away.
But could not be closer to me.
I want to call all of them
Hear all of their voices.
I'm overwhelmed
And saddened every time.
It rushes over me like a wave of loneliness.
Like some piano in the distance starts to play.
Like why must people go away?
Like how am I supposed to continue my day?
So I call no one.
I'm weak.
I miss them terribly but cannot speak.
For my true feelings might leak.
They mean the world to me.

They are my world.
Without them who would i be?
With no one to love how do I pass the time?
For I cannot only rhyme.
And there are mountains I would need a partner to climb.

I cannot call you on the phone.
It isn't the same.
To hear your wonderful voice saying my name
A phone call is too plain.
For through the wires my love it cannot rain.

Could've been anywhere
But I've got this hair
And this love
This air
I'm breathing in
This car I'm driving in
To a home where I've lived
11 years
My eyes fill
too full of tears
So they fall
And my ears
Hear
Fingers
Touch
For some
That'd just be enough
driving by my favorite lake

Our first kiss
In your hammock under the stars
By a lake
Not very far
From the school where I found you
I was brand new
You wore all black converse shoes
And right away
I liked you

Touch your head against mine
In a field on a mountain
As we close our eyes
and our sweat mingles
A moment that lingers

I'm yours
You're mine

Touch my head against yours
Under warm water in the shower we share
and down went our cares
out of every pore
while water poured
muscles sore
This day I adore

When I'm with you time simply passes
And I don't have to think about the days
I've got nowhere to be
With your arms around me
I'm lucky
:)

Let me be plain,
You wanna hang on a rainy day?
1 for sorrow
2 for joy
Unemployed
milk with soy
doesn't mean much to me
Hope you text,
wanna see what's next
and it's raining so hard,
I'm trapped behind this desk.

Words on paper
Trains of thought
Please
Make me feel something deeper
Cause right now I'm not

That's why I write
That's why I fright,
Just wanna drown my mind
in universal divine
understand time
and write a million rhymes
all before i die

So come fill my eyes with something bright
and leave one day, I just might
"That's what passion looks like"
That's what you told me after you kissed me
After I gave you all I had
I gave you my entire heart
Every piece of my soul
And I don't want anyone else
I want you
And only you
My sweet love
You are my passion
I want you forever
You question me
'Will you die for me...
No no that's too easy...
Will you...
Live for me?'
Willing to stay beside you
Willing to be with you no matter what
Willing to hold onto us no matter what happens...
We will fight...
I say 'Yes'
I will live for you
Every day
Forever
You and I
Always.
A reciting of the Joker's lines...
Probably one of the most romantic and passionate lines ever said to me...
And I replied 'Yes' with absolute sincerity and truth.
To my greatest friend
Who put stars
Back into my eyes.
Who mended this
Fractured heart
With healing love.
Who gives me reason
To look back with peace
To look forward with hope.
This friend of mine I love,
I adore,
I admit,
Is my best friend.
A poem of adoration to my friend who deserves a million more poems. I love you, and thank you for having my back.

When you're young they say
if you don't change your face it'll stay that way
I've been frowning for too many days
and changing this mask to a smile
makes the plastic fray

There's a band
in a basement
Twinkle lights
Crumbly walls
Corner talks
Take one
Drink it
Pass it
On
