Your eyes reminded me of the ocean
Not just in color
But in behavior as well
They were wild, set on a certain goal
But there were also spots of calmness

And they both shared an immense depth
Like the ocean, very few people would ever
Get a chance to explore the depth
Many people will try
Few will prevail

There was a sparkle in your eyes
That was where you hid the love
The ocean loves the shore
Which is why it always returns
Almost the way your eyes
Always returned to me

Falling Rain

The rain is so beautiful
Not in the way it looks
But in the way it loves
The droplets wait all day and night
Until they are ready to fall
Towards their love -- the ground
They spend their last moments
Caressed upon the grass
Giving it its life and beauty
They sacrifice themselves for them
You remind me of the rain
