We did it
We finally tied the knot
After months of stress from planning
we got the wedding we always wanted
I walked down the isle
you stood there watching me with wonder
As we said our vows while staring into each others eyes
I knew I would look into those eyes forever
We finally kissed as we went from two people to one person
We became one heart
as our kiss sent off sparks of passion
I held your hand so tightly
to make sure that this was real
We are now husband and wife
words could not express the joy I was feeling in that moment
As we had our first dance
it became clear to me
You are the one
God has chosen for me
As our song played beautifully
we sang along quietly together
I am so happy to share this journey with you
that tells the story of us forever

This poem is dedicated to Jeremy and Heather Okon

I love you

Pray for Paris?
Why not pray for the world
Each city
Every country
Each province and state
They pray for Paris
Like they should
But pray for the world
And every hero that stood
Pray for the blood of innocence spilt
For this war of belief and silt
Pray for the world in this game of money and power
Pray for the world
To stop these extremes
You can keep your beliefs
But taking innocent lives?
Those people crossed the lines
Not all Muslims are evil
Not all roses are red
So pray for the world
For all who are dying
For all who are dead

•i hold nothing but
secrets inside•i shan't disclose, i shan't
be vulnerable•into my humble recluse, i quiver and
hide•the world isn't ready to receive my bits and mor-
sels•come such time, i'd be willing to share•i'd bare
myself for all to see•if you say that you truly do
care•then it's best if you leave me be•for now,
don't pick on my sores•being eaten slowly
from within my gut•please don't...
don't pry anymore•save your
breath, my shells are
sealed

Give me Jesus, the Light of this world and Heaven.
You can have this darkness and hopelessness here.
Give me Jesus, for he is all of the Strength that I need.
You can have everything that here world offers to you.
You can be so rich that you own a whole country too.
But as for me, I am just a passing through here my friend.
You can have this here world just let me focus on Christ.
Whom is all that I need to overcome in this here world.
