A lonely man buries his head
A sad man buries the past
A forgiving man buries the hatchet
A man in mourning buries a loved one

Chanel No.5 fills the air.
My bleary eyes make out the outlines of a stage.
I catch sight of athletic contours of her body, gold dust covered skin shimmering under a flood of exclusivity.
Chic, Elegant with a touch of class.
All senses awakened by her salacious seductive moves.
Tassels and feathers add to sensual illusion and my eagle eyes are transfixed on her snake like movements.
Sugar **** takes centre stage!

He peeps through the looking glass of life.
Emotionally detached, a social recluse.
Avoid eye contact.
Avoid eye contact.
Don't dare look at me!
That's right you've seen him!
But.... Have you actually seen him?
Or is he just a figment of your imagination?
For he's the stalker.
Lurking about in the shadows.
Spying on you from afar through those holes in the wall.
A human CCTV system looking you up and down when you least expect it.
Recording your every move in the memory bank.
Voyeuristic tendencies with the inability to openly admit he's one step away from the psychiatric ward.

The sweet hum of a beautiful melody.
The deep aroma of morning exhaust fumes.
The excited chatter in a foreign tone.
Clip clopping of high heeled shoes speeding up to catch a bus.
The homeless man wrapped in a rotten sleeping bag as close to rigormortis as a live man gets with his palm open but his eyes closed.
The twang of perfume mixed with cigarette smoke floating effortlessly up to the blue sky above.
Marvellous architectural wonders rising from the ground, their dominating shadows line the streets to serve as a reminder that our forefathers laid down the road we still walk today.

Grey tinted glasses
Your gun has no ink
Look to the sun
No time to think

I could take you to the sun
I could take you to the sun

Lost in translation
A new definition
Look to the moon
It's my premonition

I could take you to the moon
I could take you to the moon

A splatter of colour
A wry little smile
Look to the street
It's only a trial

I can take you to the street
I can take you to the street

Two furry snake skins.
The material keeps my feet warm and I miss them when they're gone!
Comfort and style over practicality don't leave them on too long!
Odd ones make me smile.
Must be replaced once in a while.

The shark wasn't allowed on the ark.
His bite really was worse than his bark.
