(By Hypno)
If my mind was a kingdom,
Then you can see the scars of war,
Ravaging across the land,
With evil knocking at my back door

If my mind was a empire,
It would have fallen on the first day of it’s new rule,
With a foolish, hungry ruler,
With blood and war as his devastating tool

If my mind was a nation,
Everything would be out of control,
There would be no peace or freedom or truth to action
There would be no time for light, just a black hole

If my mind was made of gold,
Then if would be rotting with rust.
If my mind was made out of silver,
The shine would be gone with no lust,
If my mind was made out of stone,
Then the forces have broken it apart with no love
If my mind was the most strongest thing on this very planet,
Then I must have nothing.

If my mind was a kingdom. . .
If my mind was an empire. . .
If my mind was a nation. . .
If my mind was my own. .
Its the fine line between
bitter and sweet
hot and cold
the one that leaves you
stirring in cotton

A clockwork orange
of some sorts
ticking and breathing
at the same time

The red matter does not partake
just the grey and white matter
axed — splitting into two
not knowing what to do

Does the sun set now?
or does it in awhile
or did it already
I really dont know

These one-shot wounds are piling up
Hit me again, one bullet’s not enough
Don’t stop firing till we’re corpses walking
Measly hateful human bodies rotting

My lashing tongue goads you into the fight
Broken bodies fighting for bruised pride
Burning tears are your only defense
And beautiful make-up to hide battered flesh

Meanwhile, I’ll wear a costume made of words
To hide the melted plastic burns
We can both easily lie to a world of fools
At least, until the next uncivilized duel
I know that every single fight is my fault. Every wound is my fault.

Difference of opinion
I get the blame
No one is listening
Always the same

Years in the making
Years in this game
I know what is best
But I am no good all the same

Wishes falling on deaf ears
Because the love is to blame
Child like position
And that is where I will stay.

My sister has just been here
We laughed together
And we were so near

Since she last came
It has been one year
She is always smiling
And has no fear

I held it momentarily at my throat gliding
it effortlessly as it permeated in tears of release.

You should have known this was coming,
the signs were there, but I couldn't keep it
hidden. I released the blade upon my throat.

I held it momentarily, then cleansed myself
of a burden that had hung there far to long.

You should have seen your tears in the mirror,
that part of me now gone. Laying on the ground
crumbled lifeless, A history of growth now fallen.
When the beard has to go its got to go it itched so bad....

is there room for two poets under one roof?
could they have the energy for their love?
or would love leave them marooned in silence.
Spent in body and spent again in verse?
