Fountain of youth runs in his veins,
The man who lives in Sycamore Keep.
His circadian clock had come to a halt,
Rather than rejoice, he sullenly weeps.
You would think that immortality is
The pinnacle of human existence,
All the time in the world and not a
Single malady to be of any resistance.
Yet there he sulks, the ageless man,
Cauterized by the turn of each century,
As loved ones breathe their last and
Become a parcel of his fractured memory.
But that is just the shell of his woes,
For even with all knowledge amassed,
He’s utterly aghast with the state of the
World unwilling to learn from the past.
Every crook and cranny explored,
Every experience well savored,
Now monotony for millennia to come,
His longing to live has ebbed and wavered.
I was told by the man of Sycamore Keep
That immortality is a curse so alluring.
Indeed, a hundred cultivated years is
Much better than hollow eons securing.
But sir, think of all the riches you’ve accrued
And mastery of all science and philosophies.
Who wouldn’t want to have the time to mark
The world and purge it from all its atrocities.
Say no more, interrupted the ageless man,
I applaud your idealism and optimistic delusion,
But you’re missing one essential element --
Even as immortals, we’d still be only human.
And to be human, is to be fallible. Let’s just say
That immortal fallibility will engender no good.
It'd be best to truncate our lifespan for the
Sake of our survival, yes truncate we should.
And that’s all I heard from the man of Sycamore Keep,
Who went on his way to his millennial weep.
She's a lost girl in a lost world,
but I know what she's tryna find.
Some call it music,
I call it never land.
Where we can take flight and don't have to ever land.
You can stay young forever if you follow your heart.
Know a 9-5 tears the soul apart,
Keep it safe you can keep your soul in art.
We can't live a lie, we would rather die, if I don't live for this I am not alive.
I don't deserve the breathe, I don't deserve the steps, don't deserve the criticism or compliments.
This is who I am, this is what I do.
Outside of never land I don't have a clue.
They call us lost but this is the place where I was found
Take my hand Wendy we're home now.
Credit given to Abstract for the bulk of this, this is some of the most beautiful lyricism I've ever seen. Thanks for the inspiration.
You asked me for a secret. I couldn't think of one at the moment. A week past. Kept thinking about you. Kept thinking about you. Then I suddenly had the secret, you wanted to know, come into my mind. I wrote it down. The secret you want to know. I don't know if I should read it to you or let you read it yourself. I don't know what to do. Should I even mention it to you or should I not tell you at all. I have to see what I'm going to do when I see you again. If you or I even mention the word, "Secret"; I am going to tell you my secret.
Lets go.
Lets travel everywhere.
Discover the undiscover paradise
And unravel the beauty it hides.

Come on.
Lets us tour.
See and enjoy the wonder of nature
W/ a respect from its creator.
Hey.
Join me.
As, I travel from Atlantica to Antartica,
And to conquer America.

Cause life on Earth maybe difficult.
But it includes a free trip,
Under the heat of the sun.
People say that blood is thicker than water.
That the family you are born into should always come before friends.
Because friends will come and go, just like the tide, but I will never stop loving the ocean. The waves that crash onto my feet may be composed of different drops of water, and when they decend I can't even be certain the sames drops will return, but I do know that those bodies of water kept me afloat even when my blood turned to lead.
My blood stream has never been pure, I started injesting poison by the time I was 4 years old. The empty viles remind me of just how thick my blood has been, so thick that it almost stopped coursing through my veins.
It wasn't until I took a leap into the water that I was able to wash away the pain.
People may say that blood is thicker than water, but I say that without water, no one can survive.

I find it scary how there is no escape,
There is no escape from ignorance,
There is no escape from arrogance,
There is no escape from being judged,
There is no escape from racism,
There is no escape from sexism,
There is no escape from homophobia,
There is no escape from cruelty,
There is no escape from heartbreaks,
There is no escape from disappointment,
There is no escape from failure,
There is no escape from fear,
There is no escape from hatred,
There is no escape from war,
There is no escape from reality,
              NO ESCAPE FROM LIFE.

I have no regrets, trust you me.
But that doesn't mean I don't recognize when
I've done someone wrong, made a mistake,
or made the wrong choice.

Nicole
she lives among the stars
a galaxy in her own being
drawing in each person passing by
making them fall in love,
with her eyes
and the stories they tell
with her body
and the magic it creates
with her soul
and the music it sings.
she is unknown to them all
but they still fall
harder and faster than ever before.
because she is a galaxy in her own being
a beautifully intricate mystery,
that they will never solve.
