I was once like you,
but now I am a here,
I sit and wait for hours and days,
why can’t anyone see me,
they seem to look right through,
I feel no hunger, feel no thirst,
what is this that I have become,
I am like the moon and sun,
caught on a film that always runs,
I am lost forever in this twilight haze,
so many things I do not understand,
I walk around on a busy street,
eyes to eyes that never meet,
that spot on the road looks so familiar,
immense pain it would not wait,
I think this was where I met my fate.

hacking the cloud
to paint the sky

- code in words
gets the color
down between the lines -

beneath the verse -
perfectly - poetically

- subversive.

Oh twisted stimulus,
****** of the soul,
you flood me with colour.

I spill out across the world,
being everywhere,
existing nowhere.

Once I've emptied,
I am void.
Incorporeal and numb.

Like mist in gale,
I am rushed,
into endless sky.

Notorious chemical,
beautiful chemist,
I am lost in your constellation.
i need to stop writing poems after midnight

I think about you
I worry about you
And every time we disconnect
It worries me
To the point it
Starts to feed,
Eating me alive
Because I always imagine the worse
Because how can you look up to the sky
When there isn't one for you to look at
Days, Weeks, even years
Will pass
*And the sky will
Never be the same
Without you
Read my poem "Sky"
This is part two
You have the chisel in hand
And the master sculpture
Chisel away the unnecessary
To sculpt a masterpiece
Heart shines
Through the beautiful facets
How long do you reckon
it'll take you to read a book
say, of a thousand pages?

Well, it took the intellectual
six months to read, thinking
and considering every page and idea;
the writer took about five months
taking in the aptness and beauty
of each phrase and word;
the teacher took three months,
the librarian two and so did the reviewer -
*but the student,  the student did it in just one night,
just the night before the final exams...

I free floated out
the cove today
through the pass
the six foot waves
cresting over me
my salted lips
I paddled hard against the tide
I was silent
Could have nothing to say
for my life
was above
my head.
I relied
on memory.
