Once upon a time,
there was a me and you,
happiness rang like chimes,
and our smiles did so too.
No bizarre moment flared,
nor sadness overthrew,
we were simply scared,
that our feeling'll be *******.
They named us liar and a fake,
cause we seemed too perfect,
so for our own sake,
we pretended there was no effect.
Yet a little too late were we,
to realize the truth of us all,
so desperate to suppress what we see,
that didn't notice we had fall.
We swayed and drifted,
and parted with a crime,
that scarred as we shifted,
but that was just once upon a time.
I don't regret anything.

I never really understood,
The point in being good.
They tell you to be nice,
Or you’d pay the price.

They tell you to be subtle,
Don’t cause any trouble.
You’d make life tougher,
And leave more people to suffer.

Whoever is that dude,
Just don’t be rude.
Get rid of that attitude
Then you’ll find gratitude.

They tell you to be helpful,
Or you live a life regretful.
You can reduce all the hate,
Now wouldn’t that be great?

They tell you to be caring,
Be a wonderful blessing.
Always lend an ear,
To remind them you are here.

All the poems I ever wrote,
No one came by with a boat.
When my feelings sunk deep,
I just cried myself to sleep.

I don’t understand at all,
I tried to be nice
I tried to be caring
I tried to be helpful
I tried to be subtle
I tried not to be rude
I tried to be there for people
I tried.

I don’t get what this is all about
But **** this, I’m out.

When words can't express,
Feelings accumulate,
Tears repress,
And the heart calculates.

The world is just a big reminder,
Nothing ever goes as you desire.
The situation always seem tighter.
Your mind seemingly going haywire.
Nothing to cling onto,
No one out there to save you.
Fallen to a deep abyss,
Yet you can't resist.

However, you should never give in,
This wasn't how it has been.
No matter what situation life puts you under,
Is never too major for you to get over.
Everyone will always remember,
That one fighter.
The survivor,

*You.
Never give up, not now, not ever.

Dreams remain dreams
as long as you stay asleep.

I met a guy and I instantly liked him
He was tall, good looking and imperially slim
His moustache dragged sideways to his cheek
He talked quietly and was infinitely meek

The next day, I went to see him at work
I learnt he had never been there
I thought it was a simple case of bad luck
He had probably meant elsewhere

I set out for his home to find
It was a cute, little bungalow
I saw a little girl peep from behind;
A pretty lady looked through the window

I stood on the empty threshold
Staggering my way out of this jam
Me? When had I gotten to be so bold?
I was now practically "the other woman".

Three laughs and a joke
You tickle me
I always choke

Two eggs and a kiss
A delicious dish
I wouldn't miss

One heart and two bites
You are mine
All mornings, all nights.
