In constant flux we fluidly touch
all across the spaces
time zones generations ancestral wombs
we meet and depart meet and depart
still feeling the vibrations
a rain cloud, a Sunburst, the song of the Raven
war cry and peacemakers vying for a hearing
poets caught in the river of sound
singing for a moments listening
and then welded into the great silence, silent.
I have this moment

Only one

Help me to embrace it

Fully.

Fire, in hair and in passion,
Love, not a simple reaction,
Blue, oceans and diamonds,
In your eyes, in your soul,
In each step, stays untold,
I see now, where home is,
Not my house, but your arms,
No hate, no harm,
And despite what you might see,
Your future lies with me
4am
Darkest Hour
Before Dawn,
Everything is Still
The Universe Asleep
But I'm Wide Awake,
I Hear No Sounds
But Only The Sound
Of My Heart Beat
Beating In Agony,
Whenever I Try to close
My Eyes
All I See Is Memories
Of You
And The History
We Share,
A Happy One
To You
A Painful One
To Me,
And
So I Decided
To Pay My Journal
A Visit,
Play With Ink
Cos That's Where I Find
Sympathy,
It is Not What You Said
But What You Never Said
Tearing Me Apart,
I Always Knew
You'd One Day Leave
And Had Made Peace
With It,
I Just Thought
At least I Was Entitled
To A Goodbye
But.......No
You Never Said It
You Just Left.....
And.....
Now I'm Torn.....

It's so **** hard to
write when I've got so many
words and sounds and sights
clogging up my mind

Glittery snow wrapping me in a hug
the sensation of losing myself in music
hearing your beautiful voice echo in my ears

I WANT TO WRITE IN ALL CAPS
but my words come out in a meager lowercase

How am I supposed to write
when all thoughts filling my mind
are of you

And yet drowning
in them
is paradise
Called "Patchwork Poem" because, originally, most of the stanzas were gonna be their own poems, but I decided to "stitch" them together to form one instead
"I have something to say to you.
Are you listening to me?"
"I'm looking at you, right!"
"I love you... I said, I love you."
"So what!"
"Never mind."
You're perfect,
        She said.

And I felt myself crumble
Because I knew I was not so

You are perfect,
        She repeated.

Perfect for me,
You are everything I could ever want.

And I felt myself
        Become whole again.
This was written at 1 am, while I was missing your 2 o'clock snores and your 3 am sleepy smile floating across your face.
