Awake to wind
whistling
Real wind battering

An old lover
overdue
Welcomed back home

wee song-birds song
in time and eternity.
A poet;
of the highest order.
Hiding in the cleft
of her lovers heart.

Winters pendulum heavy with sky
dark
Swings slowly to its optimum
strength
Scything through all the Stars

wind hits hard and constant
had to batten down
ride it out
snuggle in

coldness on the skin;
touched from the furthest
of outer space
She is the wind
She is strong and steady
Ever changing, going wth the flow
She is fast approaching yet calm
Until the thunder strikes
And the lightning roars
The rain will pour and she will rub it in your face
She will never be yours
She cannot be captured

She is the wind
She is forever there, yet you will never see her face
She is resilient, defiant and thick with the scent of fresh cut grass and a mans tears

She is fear
She is strength
She is surrounding
She is everything you dream
She is all encompassing to the extreme

She is the wind* and she's beautiful to see
More beautiful than I can describe in poetry
Her mind is racing with no ultimate goal

She is the wind and she will steal your soul
When the dust settles and the storm moves on
She will lose control
No one can know where she'll go

She is the wind
Fear her mind and beauty
She is pure poetry
Flowing along naturally

Last night
I sat outside,
Counting
All the stars
In the sky.

I lied upon
The damp
Grass
Still drying from
The
Rain.
Waiting for
A star
To fall into
The atmosphere,

Although
Not a single one did,
I still managed
To gain a
Tiny piece of
Infinity
While lying
Effortlessly
Upon the
Ground.

I know
Now
That it was
Never about
Settling
My
Scores,

But with
A tiny
Piece of
Infinity,
I'm left
With only
Wanting
More.
It's something

I slip slide down the silver side of the Moon
run backwards through forgotten memories
worship the Sun with a sun dance, reeling
from the heat in my head and howling at the Moon
Who passes through the night unconcerned

Larks have stopped their singing
and the geese begin to gather
still heat from the Sun comes down
while stillness is a palpable entity
commands all to be quiet in waiting
waiting for the onslaught of winter
felt in the last chilled nights of summer
the silence of larks and the gathering of geese

the blue sea is dissolving
misting into the sky
sea-shrouding our island
white ghost in the waves

I see a sunset in the west,
The fishes and turtles under the ocean take their rest,
Palm trees here and there;
The sun is fading in the air.

Royal-blue waves crashing in motion,
A sea turtle peeps up out of the ocean,
The sunset bears shades of red and gold;
Colours so vivid and bold!

The sunrays slant under the bay,
It's nearly the end of a beautiful day,
The sun slants under the sea;
This place is so dear to me!

Four palm trees on a high cliff,
I breathe in the salty-sea all in a surprised sniff,
I heave a sigh;
While on the beautiful island I lie.

One cliff and another one in the distance I see,
What a beautiful treasure to see is the pretty sea,
So beautiful is the day;
No wonder people call this beautiful place Turtle Bay!
