A new tomorrow
Will always follow
The days of sorrow.
So don't forget,
Or regret,
Or even resent

People keep saying,
"The past is in the past."
But to me,
It just keeps coming back.

Then they continue to say,
"What's done is done."
But sometimes,
You can't always move on.

I still remember you.
Your smile, your laugh.
I remember everything you used to do.
It's been eight years
And yet i still have so many fears.
I thought you being gone would make me stronger...maybe I just have to wait a little while longer.

Tell me,
Who are we to judge?
To sit upon our thrones
And tell people yes, or no.
What's the point?
