we
what are we
than distant star dust as we float
in this cosmos
what are we
as the gods unite us we meet
share thoughts to prove our existence
in the glimmer of attention

as we went on separate roads
we meet

We are but moments in time,
Atoms smashed together.
Formed into transient alliance,
Only to part then reform
Into an endless cycle of renewal.

We survive
Creating memories as we go.
Briefly touching and connecting
With others.

In cognizance of this
All meetings have meaning.

As we smash our way through life,
It’s imperative we connect
And make some sparks

Before we fade away...
Slide into the dark.
I thought she was a poem...
I thought she was different...
How wrong I was...
Love is blind...
And deaf...
Even though she inspired many poems...
She is not a poem...
Not even a verse...
Still...
I wish her the best...
For I still want to see her happy...

It was beautiful...
A wonderful bliss without blemishes.
When we were together, there was no better feeling.
We were the best toxic and most cutest thing alive.
We both hurt each other...
Maybe i hurt more, or you did.
But you did it with intentions, i just lingered in your heart, waiting for you to call me forth.
We got busy fast, talked less.
Distance played it's part, i couldn't care less!
But i still see you with those same eyes i used to.
And even if it's just some silver lining or a twist of fate.
Can we just hit Reset... Like it never happened.
Cause now that You're gone, my feelings dwell, like stagnant water.

On new year's eve, i watched my five
granddaughters having fun on the front
lawn, bright with Christmas lights...their
sparklers, turned into fencing swords.
they took pictures and videos, laughed a lot
while they sang and danced on the grass.

Youthful innocence...being carefree,
are the most wonderful times in our
lives...exploring, discovering truths
about ourselves and people around us,
dreaming, building goals...when love
conquers our young hearts, the waters
in our world, turn crystal clear...every
scene sparkles...is etched in our minds.

Time brings changes...nothing remains
except our memories...but, we can
remember, we can savour our youthful
years...no space for despair...there is
beauty and inspiration found, even in
the most ordinary things and situations,
like, unknown plants suddenly growing
in the garden, bearing colorful flowers,
those shy weeds with leaves that close up
like clams when treaded upon.....and, yes,

there's the lowly grass, freshest of green
in the summer and during the rainy season,
blades are dulled by wetness...humbled
by heavy rainfall, kissing the ground, yet,
how easily they refresh our tired feet,
our world-weary eyes and minds.
my heart leaps as soon as my feet get
to feel their cold, soothing touch.

I look forward to more Christmases and
new year's eves...more fun times with
the girls on the grass...the grass, which
to me, will always be so splendid!

(Seeing my five granddaughters having fun on the garden grass
on new year's eve, reminded me of one of my favorite poems.)

           Splendour in the Grass

"What though the radiance which was once so bright
Be now for ever taken from my sight,
Though nothing can bring back the hour
Of splendor in the grass, of glory in the flower;

We will grieve not, rather find
Strength in what remains behind;
In the primal sympathy
Which having been must ever be;

In the soothing thoughts that spring
Out of human suffering;
In the faith that looks through death,
In years that bring the philosophic mind.

Sometimes a path of snow looks like a stream
And my heart aches as it's such a lovely scene
Not planted flowers blooming in crimson
Colors, feelings of warmer seasons
Just the pale snow without footprints
So bright making my eyes squint
I refuse to pass, I leave it untouched
As wild things are often unmarked
And when summer comes I wonder back
But you always stay my stream-like path.

This gentle flow takes control with perfect form, dark eyes match and connect in the same breath.
Warmth spreads from head to your *******, lower realms swirl in the depths. Skin glistening.
Bubble up, subtle touch, fingers search inversed.
Would rather tingle your thighs in line with my neck, criss crossed in ****** to snap.
Head tilted back, quiver and spasm as your chasm erupts.
Hushed sighs in a rush collect.
Congruent thoughts mix in our heads, mind *** fulfilled through this text.
Open your legs as your soft lips kiss with delicate sweat, thinking in sync when you stroke the same sense.
All from the chest.
