Inside moment of breath
in mind I plant a seed.
I water it with love.
Tend to it with trust.
Surround it with energies of intent,
and sprinkle it with prayer.

At proper time it blossoms.

Because I have The Federation with all lighted beings
to hold my hand at this transformational time.

I have many friends, family, and ancestors
to shine an abundance of love.

Because I have the abundance of Mother Gia
with everything I see.

Yes I have an abundance inside gratitude.
