Lida Dela
By the glistening dark skies,
And the celestial winds,
Did you think it was I who was lost,
When I gave my all for love?
And I see a place of prism lights,
After storms turn souls into gold,
And I call you in the night
In rendered states of whispered prayers,
β€œCome”
Eternity waits.

Don't bring me petals
Plucked to perish
Leave the flowers
In the ground to thrive
I would rather have
Your words to cherish
Planted in me grounded
Always blooming
With surprise
It only took one rose and one poem for "us" to be.  I requested "no more flowers please",  but many many many more poems. I got my wish.

You have one of the most beautiful soul I have ever come across.
Not a single blemish on your body could represent your eternal self.
With eyes that see through, I look upon the beauty of your eternal youth.
See what you may of my surface and wonder of my underneath,
I am but the spring of passions and countless quantum leaps.
