I set myself a reminder
For all the times that I err
So that I may always remember
That I am but a prisoner

Delusions are my prison cell
And questions are the key
Yet the gates seem endless
On the corridor to reality.

Hello poetry is not happy
Hello poetry is not well
Hello poetry is not healthy
Hello poetry's gone to hell

I see these thoughts and sentiments echoed
In different forms upon my wall
I feel it too as I click and stumble
As I watch and wait for the wheel crawl

I've only been here a little while
I like the format, I like the style
The thoughts, the words,
The shares, the smiles
But why is loading
Such an arduous trail?

Hello poetry's not so bad
I've got plenty of patience
Hello poetry doesn't make me mad
It offers me contemplation

I click, I stumble
I wait, I mumble
"502, the gatekeepers in trouble..."
I know I'm not the only one, but at least complaining is a little fun...

Given to err, things we not need
Another unnecessary complacent necessity
Take from a friend to give to another
Take it from me those in most need
Think to find a fuller path
Than be fed by idyllic standard greed

the wipers are tired
the screen a blur
my mind pleads for rest
for in judgement I err

A brief flash
Of brown
And blue
I saw her
She saw me too

I didn't mean to look
To stare?

But in that moment
We were both
In err
Looking into someones eyes is both invading and being invaded. A private moment that is very... intimidating?

'To err is to be human' is a saying spoken often enough
in one way or another to those people who get a rebuff.
It's a gentle chiding for errors done we can all safely accept,
so common in fact that nobody around claims to be an adept.

A man thinks for those
Who can’t think for others
Pray for those
Who don't pray for others
Without knowing the foes
A man feels friendship with others
But
When he recognizes his hidden foes
He don’t try to make them friends
By
forgiving, praying and caring
With his splendid rays of character

Profane are my deeds and I love it
Cobain is my twin, I'll **** me
For no reason but because I love me
And I take what I love
Not minding if it be a sacrilege.

Not minding if it be a sacrilege,
We sing Odes to gods and spirits
Converge in lust and secrets
Against our shadowy behalf.
With no stain of guilt,
our conscience we starve.

A toe in the wrong direction makes
Homecoming a weary traverse
Sharpen your wit to chop folly
It's him who makes you unholy
Seizes and turns you a weak pleb
Not minding if it be a sacrilege.

Irreverence trifles the soul albeit
Let the fern come aloft where it ought
Crucify none but in your court
For the goblin loves his face
In the mirror, he'd gaze
Not minding if it be a sacrilege.
