bite into my soul and
taste your dirt,
inflict upon me your
rules of hurt.

make a wish in the
fountain of blood,
take a sip and you shall
conquer the world.

hang me for all the world to see,
even in my death i shall walk free.

show me the strength
of your crown,
let me be chased by your
blood hounds.

cut me and scar me, burn me
to the ground,
why walk straight when the
world's 'round.

lock me in a cage so i cannot leave,
even in these walls i shall walk free.

burn my skin to reach
my soul,
why break walls when you
see no door ?

come inside, take away all i know,
feed my hatred by hating me some more.

erase me so i could never be,
even in my extinction i shall walk free.

tie my hands and give
me a blade,
tell me who my enemies are
and war shall be made.

whisper to me the words
that degrade,
and i'll scream them at the world,
as i fade.

**** the lullabies so i can never dream,
even in my nightmares i shall walk free.

now take my hand and lead me to paradise,
fire of hell blowing through the kingdom of ice.

sit on your throne and try to swallow your pride,
for this slave will never be yours,
he's the master of his own life.

hang me for all the world to see,
even in my death i shall walk free.

black is the rain cold on your skin
the merciless storm
that's brewing within
being knocked down by the strongest of winds
after you've just learned how to stand up again

its holding his hand, then letting it go
its him moving on, when you're going slow

black is saying goodbye, for the last time
the look in their eyes as you stand there and cry

its secretly dying inside
closing your eyes
trying to hide
never welcoming the light

black is being unable to see any relief
them watching, uncaring, as you openly bleed
dying of thirst
without the water you need
its planting a rose,
and getting a ****
still unfinished

As water is to cleansing rain
and heat as to burning flame,
so are you to me; the same.
My fiery rain.

Fill the gutter of my mind.
Fire the coal your heart has mined.
Burn me to the end of time.
Your fire does reign.

I have nothing to give, nothing to say.
My words are frail. My thoughts are stray.

I wonder what will happen to me
When all is said and done.
Though if anything does happen,
It will all go wrong.

I hate to rhyme, but this is how I feel,
Just empty enough to wonder what is real.

I have nothing to give, nothing to say.
But somehow, the lingering words can make me sway.

Her eyes are filled with wonder
hearts a floating fire
her mind has cracked with thunder
thoughts are running wild
caught up in a daydream
she hates the way the days seem
to come and go
with no control
of how or who or what to do
or where to go or who to be
mad as hell, society
crazy
lazy
hazy
lay back down,
daydream.

Let's pretend my tears are warm and my frown is a smile,
let's pretend you never left me, even for a while.
Let's close our eyes at the radiance of vacant dreams,
let's say our lids have not opened but waited for a moment.
Let me pretend I've never been hurt, that lies are but a
shade of white;
we are but history hung from another era in a velvet world
where the victor tells the tale.
Let's pretend this song has not being sung and
that the rhythm of my melody hasn't been plagiarized by
the impostor with a pen and paper.
Let's pretend we are one, under the billow of a mind,
that the sky is the blanket of our sleep and doesn't harbor
but our bodies in the shores of the night tide.
So intoxicated in this lonely night
