"vibrants" poems
Falling asleep to love songs i'll never hear
Knowing that I'm dependent on the one thing that I fear.
I wrote my skin a letter today
'I love you,' It said, 'but never again play.'
Looking outside at the bloodred moon
Wishing somehow for a deeper cocoon.
Feel the lines underlying my eyes
Each one fought a tear for a man in disguise.
Fingers made of ashes, heart made of lead
Can't seem to repay in gold, the one that for me bled.
Patterns prevail, vibrants on which to set my mind
But not even the pen, to me will be kind.
Gather up your children for I come around at dusk
May try to steal a precious gem to fill this empty husk.
Bed of fresh snow, sheet of ancient lanterns
Lying in numbness, whilst thought of being woman, turns.

À leurs regards souvent j'oubliais l'heure ;
Des malheureux le troupeau grossissant ;
Comme un ramier, l'orphelin pâlissant ;
Puis, j'ai caché mes yeux avec effroi ;

Dazed and confused
Hiding from the world
Hiding behind the canvas of your mind
Seeing vibrant colors in a world that's black and white
Seeing things no else could ever possibly imagine
Making our universe your own personal portrait
Pulling the moon through the window
Dividing and conquering most of our planets orbit
Paint brushes for fingers and oil paint running through your veins
Creating beauty in mass destruction
The boy with all the keys in the world with all the locks
True to yourself and full of life

Dazed and more confused
Still hiding
Not from the world but from oneself
The vibrants colors melted down into the cracks of earth
Leaving life dull and grey
Tore down your paintings and replaced them with posters of models
Not the models you want to see
But the models you’ve convinced yourself your suppose to like
Lies,lies and more lies
No longer true to oneself
Paint brush fingers got wilted and turned into something ordinary
Surround yourself with the oblivious
Drink and party to fulfill your emptiness
Copy of a copy of another copy
What happened to you?
Allowed the moon to turn on you and allowed your world to switch

I was something special before you found me.
I’ve become some better since.
A challenge to be a better me.
Risen to because I loved you.
Better then I was at functioning right
But days lack luster and it bleeds into night.
Nothing’s quite wrong, but it still don’t feel right
Back to myself before you had come.
The adventurous man who knew what was fun
So where there was purples and the most vibrants of red
It’s now turning Grey a product of my head?
I guess I’ll just say I’m still in love with you.
