"throughtout" poems
She places little forget me nots
All throughtout the house
She tries to leave them everywhere
To be found by her loving spouse
Their twenty-first anniversary
Will be celebrated tonight
And she's found the perfect gift
To make the evening bright
Married out of high school
To the first man she ever dated
Her parents told her not to rush
And wished she would have waited
Her husband pulls in the driveway
As she watches her plan unfold
She hides out in the bedroom
Where he'll find his *** of gold
Her husband finds the note she left
As a smile crosses his face
He finds a second, then a third
As he moves from place to place
He makes his way to the bedroom
And finds his wife upon the bed
She asks him why he cheated on her
Then puts a bullet in his head
She walks quietly to the bathroom
And runs herself a bath
As she sits down in the water
She starts to smile then laugh
She reaches for the radio
And pulls it in the water
Sparks cover her body
And a picture of her daughter
The picture catches the curtains on fire
As the ceiling comes tumbling down
Happy anniversary the last note said
As the house burns to the ground

I took a glance around me
And bowed my head in shame.
All the violence, grief and anger,
I cried to God, "Who's to blame?"
He quietly opened up my heart,
And asked, "What do you see?"
His question burned me like a fire,
For the answer came back to...me!
"Me?", I asked in disbelief.
"But, I've never hurt someone."
"Is that so?", was His reply,
"But, tell Me, what have you done?"
"Have you reached out to the lonely?
Been a friend to one in need?"
"Try to teach right from wrong,
Give a child a moral creed?"
"Have you stopped to help a stranger?
Sought to uphold the just and right?
Or are you on the sidelines,
Hoping someone else will take this fight?"
Again, I bowed my head.
But this time, it was to pray.
To ask for strength and guidance,
For God's presence throughtout my day.
So now, I know the reason
For all the violence and misery.
And, God gave me the solution:
The answer begins with me!

**They're blinding us...
Indeed, all throughtout our lives we've been fooled
We didn't know who they really are,
and we didn't know what they can really do,
They made us believed that they care,
but for all we know it's all for their own benefits,
for their own good,
and for their ownselves.
We are under controlled by the people
we thought giving us what we need
But when you see them?
they are laughing at us,smiling widly showing all their teeth
while thinking we are all stupids and fools believing to their f*cking lies.
They do promises,
they out stretch their hand to us,
they're offering help for us
But behind those promises there's gonna be a broken hope
behind their hands out stretching to us they're gonna use alcohols
behind that help offers there's gonna be just waiting for nothing
They don't really rule,
they are controlling..
They don't really care,
they are really fooling.**

I'll be there in the morning when the sun rises
I'll be there throughtout lifes little surprises
I'll be there in your darkest of hours
I'll be there at times when life turns sour
I'll be there as our children grow
I'll be there to reap the love from the seeds we have sown
I'll be there as we grow older together
I'll be there by your side, my love, forever and ever

And so with sigh and parted sorrows
She lay her head to rest
She focused on the ifs of morrow
And the bes of best
She drifted slowly
Swirling light
And arrived upon the gate
Of dreams and mares of midnight horrors
Of karmic, destined, fate
She followed through in laughing fear
And soon upon a twist
She allowed herself the gift of gods
And took upon the risk
To control the final outcome
To make it go her way
To realize her worth
To simply, cease the day
A pinch as she awakened
More than just from sleep
A part of her own being
Lost within each weep
Dreamt dream, now faded memory
Dawn's light throughtout her sky
A second chance at yesterday
A tear and silent Bye!

Mermaid pick a voice
that's more than nice
Find someone who'll listen
throughtout the night
Maybe he'll drown
your sorrows instead
By the end of this story
Maybe you won't be dead
