Called Robben island Transformed
Unshackled twenty seven years later
Freed a nation from an apartheid regime
Inspired the world from the Grand parade
A Universal Icon Humanitarian *** laude
Now honoured in the halls of Valhalla
Glorifying God...Looks upon us
With Love from the heavenly realm

The Destroyer of the division machine1
Had first to run on the Way of the Cross
To have souls over the long lived ruin.
Robben, Pollsmoor and Victor2 caused no loss
In the Staff Heritage of the Thembu3
Rulers, forever loved by their people,
From whom was learnt right fight ain’t to taboo.
Good farmers’ teeth run right through the apple;
Likely after the Hard Walk to Freedom4
The Son of Gadla and Nosekeni5,
When his Soul flies up to the Lord’s Kingdom,
Glass will keep his body, and not any
Stain will sully the Star of the Nation
Whose Light will shine for each generation.
1. The division machine: The Apartheid.
2. Robben, Pollsmoor and Victor: During twenty seven years Mandela was successively jailed at Robben Island, Pollsmoor and Victor Verster prisons.
3. Thembu: The tribe over which ruled Mandela’s ancestors.
4. Hard Walk to Freedom: In September 1953, Andrew Kunene, a co-militant of his, read out Mandela's "No Easy Walk to Freedom" speech at a Transvaal ANC meeting; the title was taken from a quote by Indian independence leader Jawaharlal Nehru, a seminal influence on Mandela's thought. The speech laid out a contingency plan for a scenario in which the ANC was banned.

Why compromised are the police men?
From all over the world, policemen are sellouts,
Policemen arrested Jesus Christ and flogged him,
Others tortured Galileo Galilai for intellectual cross purpose,
Some of them vandalized Martin Luther King, and his wife,
As they also put Fidel Castro on the tilted trial,
The same are the ones that arrested Mahatma Gandhi
In the same tandem of Colonel Afrifa organizing a coup
To effect putsch against Kwameh Nkrumah, or Mandela to Robben gulag,
They tortured Rubia and Matiba in Kenya down the abyss of mental breakdown,
They kicked in the teeth Abdulla Abdalladiff at Kamiti prison
Then they ran off for a decade to effect the ****** of Robert Ouko,
Their evil tendency was never quenched until
They abducted the County parliament speaker
Of Maembe hamlet in the Nyake Kingdom of potato eaters
And held him in the spine chilling captivity for days and days
Only to release him when he sufficed to stay in dumb freedom.

He was guilty by and large

Masquerading as a prisoner lonesome
there in the confine of Robben island
in guise lived a magician
who played tricks with
word's connotation
violated their limitation
he stretched to boundlessness
the boundary of 'hope'
further deepened the deep
depth of 'determination'
lifted 'belief' so high
to the heaven's nearby
he also boxed
the ears of 'apartheid'
he did a deed splendid
though Mandrake was not
alas, his name but
just Mandela nevertheless

I want to make impact in this generation and so do many of us, we all want to be the talk of the town, but not ready to walk the thorn of the town; we all want to stand on the podium of honour, but can not stand at the altar of sacrifice; we all want to our voices to be heard when we whisper, but we are never ready to trim our voices to words of wisdom; many want to be like Nelson Mandela (a man of rich and enviable history, many his name ring forever in my heart and those who cherish freedom for all) but we don't want to spend a second of our lives for others nor a night out at Robben Island where he spend a good hours of his life. These thoughts brought me a resolute about LIFE, for every Testimony is a TEST, for every Success is a FAILURE, for every Rise is a FALL, and for every being is his/her own trial and battle to fight, fight and battle you hard time and your wish will come true just in a bleak of an eye...
