some people break your heart just to see you bleed
I tried to grab her attention
but reached my destination
before her
and she?
she was stood there
unaware of me,

it's life
and sometimes it puts a knife in you
paints your day blue
and sometimes
it just goes on unaware of you,

Sunday's a pray day
a bit like a pay day
but no money goes
in
your account.

I
wonder who i am.

A new virtual walk lets you enjoy the quiet beauty of a poet’s paradise: the Hawaiian garden of over 400 types of palms that Pulitzer Prize winner W.S. Merwin created over the span of 40 years

They say
The saddest heart
And the coldest poems
Are teller made for the
Most written poetry’s ever read
So
That  had my mind wondered
If there was
Any poetry for love
As
There was poetry’s for pain
So
I had to pretend
Or
Make believe that
The answer is Yes
Because in
My illusion's
My desire's
My craving's
There is only
One song
For I am
A
Happily
Ever after
Kinda
Guy

Fear is like
the shadow of a bat,
larger than life.
I taste the
rabid nightmares;
they poison my soul.
Anger masks the fear.
I hear the harpies scream
in my febrile brain
and my faith is
small as a
grain of sand
growing slowly
over time.
Here is a link to my you tube channel where I read my poetry.  This video though is a fun moment in the sun on a boat.  I love sobriety.

He would recall long after she had gone
The scent of Rose lingered in his nose
And in his fondest and warmest memories.

When they met it had been a bright spring day,
A day that assures you that winter is indeed gone.
The air was laden heavily with honeysuckle vine,

He remembered.  Yet, all that he could sense since
Was Rose.

I feel the feelings.
I ignore the feelings.
I set the feelings on fire.
Mourn the feelings,
Share the feelings,
Bury and forget the feelings.

‪A clock reminds us that time never stops ‬
‪Never forgoes it’s hold‬
‪So take time to read ‬
‪It may plant a seed‬
‪Of ideas that continue to grow ‬
‪There’s no time like the present ‬
‪Or a particular segment ‬
‪Of time to relinquish control ‬
‪So squeeze every minute ‬
‪While you’re still in it ‬
‪And you have some semblance of soul‬
