ADEOLUWAJOJU
There was a man in black,
He confessed his love but she was cajoled by his wealth and so she fell for his charm

There was a girl in black
She confessed her love but he was ignorant of her trickery and he fell carelessly for an impostor

There sat mother earth.
She turned a blind eye to the mishaps and called it extraordinaire

He is Hers

I am just trying to forget;
Your lips on mine,
Your hands on my waist,
Your name on my tounge.
You're on my mind
And I can't help but think;
Your lips are hers now,
Your hands are on her waist now,
And it's her whispering sweet
nothing's to you at midnight.
It's her, not me.

Proverb...

An old ancient proverb is
”The enemy of my enemy is my friend”
Have you heard this before
Does it mean anything to you
Is it a reflection of todays thinking
Having enemies today is very different than ancient times
Becoming friends with the rivals enemies, created larger armies
Larger armies marching on to destroy
Marching on with Destruction and Death along the way
I feel semi fortunate to be here, in the now
I would like to believe that we, as a people have learned
That we have learned, to love our enemies and their friends
That we have learned, to put down weapons
That we have learned, weapons only destroy
Weapons do not create
We need to be creative and move forward
Moving forward will give the future another ancient proverb
”The friend of my friend is my friend....”

The love i have for her can't be matched. Im asked if i want her i say no i want her to be happy even if its with him. The weight of love is never too heavy. The struggle of love is worth the pain

I hate the girl of my college.

You’ll never hear me say that

If you feel like I’m good enough

You’d be right

I used to be happy with her

To watch you

Was the greatest thing

I refuse to ignore it

But I know it’s a hope.

I feel bad for her

No longer can I say that

But,

I’m still fighting for it.
