I used to count the stars
when I was anxious.

It was beautiful when
they fell from the sky.
Everyone took pictures
and spoke of the
art of destruction.

There are no stars now
and the night grows cold
and all anyone does
is ask *why?

People are monsters
but with  beautiful faces

People are humans
but sometimes with no feelings

I'm explaining to the people of the world
What Fate of Ten stands for
And my persistend craving for books
But does it look as if they understand?
No
They don't
And that's the problem
Of the dark world I'm finding myself in
And that's the problem
Of a world full of people that doesn't read
Something I thought that would've changed
When the things named 'e-books' arrived
Because everyone was crazy
That our world turned 'technological advanced'
And everyone turned a blind eye
For the comforts of the past
There was always this people that said:
'Technology will make your life so much better'
But now I've come to believe that
We act as if we're worshipping it
And cherishing the fact that
'Our life's made easier'
But rather
We are blinded
By the
Immenent
Torture
Of the
Future

Trolls may rant and trolls may rave
But they have hollow minds and little do they gain
I've not yet seen a single troll get the daily poem
Perhaps it's their ineptitude caused by stagnation of the brain
They choose a victim without conscious thought
Then attack with words of bitter bile
But then forget the Wolf bites deep
But still retains his smile
Now trolls are big and ugly
With the foulest words and breath
But, oh yes trolls remember
THE WOLVES ALL RUN IN PACKS
In support of my good friend Quin
Ace is a waterfall
And I should never let you go first
Two is you
And you always pick me
Three is me
And I always drink up
Four, floor
And you're always last
Five, guys
And I smile as you drink
Six, chicks
And you laugh
Seven, heaven
And I'm never as close as you
Eight, date
And you're always mine
Nine, rhyme
And I take your favorites
Ten, categories
And you pick cars
Jack is Never Have I Ever
And I know how to get you
Queen, questions
And you know I always lose
King makes the rules
And on my numb lips
I only taste stale Natty
Instead of sweet words
To make you love me forever
But then
If it was a rule
It wouldn't be real
Just forced
Like my laughter
At your friends' jokes
So I finish my beer
Crush the can in my hand
Like you with my heart
And continue to play
The game
You're the King of Hearts. I just wish you knew you were the king of mine.

Only once in my life
Can I write such a terrible poem
That doesn't even rhyme
And doesn't make sense at all

But I feel like I have to get this in the open
Before the whole thing crushes me
And start to consume me slowly
One by one

This poem is about the terrible fate of the world
Something you should also know
Is that this one's about technology
Or books - you decide

Just a warning:
This could be confusing
Depends if you hate tech
Or not
