hey, look! look, up in the sky!
stars are falling! falling stars!
make a wish, make a wish!
i wish he'll love me back

then a falling star came near
and i saw that it isn't a star
it's you falling for me.
i wrote this in a whim at about 6 in the morning. i found this poem funny,  i don't even know why. maybe it's because it's too corny. Haha!

Hot, tempered glass shakes peeling paint from
the paneled siding of our house.
Flecks of muted blue drift softly away,
some slipping between cracks in our deck.
My mother grabs and hurls another cup,
Framed neatly in the kitchen window,
she's a furious vision in floral and sweat.

Dew seeps through my jeans,
and a sweet chill runs up the back of my knees,
leaving my fingers tingling.
I knot and unknot strands of grass.
I see her anger and I let the birds dub kinder words.
Turning my eyes directly to the sun,
I wait for thoughts to burn to ash.

I sit outside and hide in the open air,
loving the quiet moments between the shush-
ing of the trees and the swollen beats of my heart.
Such small perfections we all passively observe.
The chatter of windblown petals, the noise
a moving snail makes; they comfort me today.
Tomorrow it’s our big, obnoxious chimes.
You'd be surprised the beauty you can find when you just rest in the midst of chaos.

Frost clouds the mirror
and clouds my thoughts

I want to touch it
but i guess I ought not

For my heart is too fragile
I'm afraid I might break

I just want to know
how much cold i can take
I absolutely love the cold.

May
It was made by her hand
Just like other days
Adding tea milk and sugary sugar
Except one thing
That was her love
Her beautiful hand
Left she used for all her works
With the ring
Represented the bond of life
The tea cup was lucky and happy
To be carried by her hand
Smooth and soft
The tea cup was overflowed with happiness
It smiled
But she thought it was steaming
Due to hotty hot boiled water
It was the destination of its journey
She kept it on a table
Clear and well organized
With a laptop on it
A man kept staring at it
But he did not notice
That she brought a tea
Did not smile with her
The tea cup felt strange
The man was ignoring it
The tea cup was boring
The morning breeze came in
From the opened windows
Tea cup felt sad
The smile started to fade
The curls of steam started to fade
As it was crying hard
One hour left
The man was gone
The tea cup was alone
The steam too has gone
Cold it was

Even if it's been a while
You haven't been in contact
Nor did you try to reconcile

But I just wanted to let you know
That it still hurts
& I miss you a lot !

I can hear you laugh
Even if you are now miles afar
I can feel your touch
Even if you are now nowhere near

But it's all because
I get caught in my own thoughts
That it still hurts
& I miss you  a lot !

I know its been so long
You might have forgot & moved on
Even I tried to do the same
Yet I guess it was not written in my fate

But here I am, still having hope
Waiting for a miracle to get back you close
That it still hurts
& I miss you a lot !

It feels like roses in bloom;
It feels like champagne and warm grass;
It feels like when someone envelopes your cold hands is their warm hands;
It feels like comfort after being neglected for so long;
It feels like promise;
It feels infinite;
It feels like I never want to let go;
It feels like everything I’ve never had;
It feels like fresh air rushing into my lungs, then being taken away once it’s over;
It feels like all my dreams coming true when I kiss you.
I can compare all of these beautiful things to the feeling I get when I kiss you, but I could never put words to the beauty of your lips on mine.
