Gleaming with dreamy themes
Of serene scenes, their eyes smile
Rejuvenated in vitality, afresh in purpose
The mere innocence of  child

Blessed by companionship they belong
As strong as rage the soothing calm
On lucid daydreams their spirits climb
The winds of wonder fill their minds

A day so very enchanted
Their hearts beat as one
They march on like heroes
Off into a setting sun…

YOU
Not the topic of the gossips
or the spiders in your head
I'll watch over you unconditionnaly.

I know I am your nothing,
but you will be my everything,

not the main theme in your readings
nor the titles of your specialisms
in your heart, my name you're engraving
unconsciously.

I am not the reason for your smiles
or the itchiness for your laughter,
for you, I would walk a thousand miles
though  bones broken hereafter.

Love ever meant to never end
but in most times it is facing its premature death
what an unkindest earth this death !

he doesn't know it
but when i lay in his bed
my mind is stringing together
adjectives and airy phrases,
trying unsuccessfully to
pin down the emotions
he breathes into me.

he doesn't know it
but when i kiss his skin,
i imagine my lips
peppering his chest
neck and arms with
ink stains that morph
into words like "lover"
and "darling".

he doesn't know it
but the smile he shares
with me under the covers
is pressed firmly
into the corners
of my heart,
begging to be immortalized
in words.
Although we're warming the earth and poisoning our air and water...
We may be able to fix that.
Just because most people in the world today don't give a **** about anyone but themselves...
We may be able to fix that too.
I know it looks bad when animals are driven to extinction by the stupid things we do, and chopping down all our beautiful trees for money makes sense but...
We may be able to fix that, no problem
I say that because if you were to tell me two days ago that a controlling, insensitive, overbearing, egotistacal idot like me, who speaks before he thinks, and repeatedly throws the baby out with the bathwater, would be allowed to hold the love of his life in his arms again,
That he would be blessed with the opportunity to kiss her velvety lips, while running his trembling fingers through her wild Tasmanian locks, soothed by her gentle voice whispering soft, precious, I Love Yous into his ear - ever again... I would have pegged you for a bigger fool than I - but it happened - and now I know that...
Anything can happen.

Gabriel
Deep within the average stone lies a perfectly symmetrical form, creation of a being for which love is often adorned.

In between the finer lines exists a calculated summation, the dreams within a tattered mind step far from elation.

Imagination grips the sidewalk as if there never was a path, still too lost in the numbers to even do the math.

Where does a sidewalk end if it merely bends into a fulcrum, because standing still is not an outcome.

So we must break the coal mold to expose the diamond, to greet a dark world with our light fully shining.

You claim to be Christian
But where’s your Christian charity
You talk, the people listen
But what is it they see
You claim to be Christian
So why aren’t you helping me
Something is clearly missing
From your gospel ministry

You claim to be a Christian
But your behavior is absurd
Proof should be manifested
In more than just your words

You claim to be Christian
But you don’t live up to the creed
You’re against a safety net
For those who are in need
You claim to be Christian
But you’re so slow to forgive
In the final analysis
You’ll be judged on how you lived

You claim to be a Christian
But your behavior is absurd
Proof should be manifested
In more than just your words

You want moral supremacy
But that can never be
Faith lacking in good works
Isn’t faith at all ya see

You claim to be Christian
But you never keep your word
A more accurate description
Might be hypocrite (ya heard)
You claim to be Christian
And while that well may be
Nothing about your actions
Reflects Jesus don’t cha see

You want moral supremacy
But that can never be
Faith lacking in good works
Isn’t faith at all ya see

You claim to be Christian
But where’s your Christian charity
You talk the people listen
But what is it they see
You claim to be Christian
So why aren’t you helping me
Something is clearly missing
From your gospel ministry

"Give me a good reason,"
the exasperated gangster-father
quizzes his son,
"why you flunked your school exams"

"Well, dad,"* says the spoiled brat
*"they locked us all up in a hall
and they asked us questions
five days in a row -
but all five days I never
gave them a word
Everybody else - the cowards -
spilled the beans!"
so my little girl Joanne was sick
slight fever and just looking weak
so I took her to the doctor
a kind old man with a calm voice
and he looked at Joanne and he said:
"So what's bothering you, my dear?"

and Joanne answered
at lightning speed:
*"Anne, my little sis! She's always
wanting my lollies!"
