America has sworn in a new President
A businessman named Donald J. Trump

His honest and controversial rhetoric has divided America more than united

From the very start of his political campaign - leaving people against each other

The public chanting, "Make America Great Again" - choosing a side - it's only another Civil War

Who knows what the future will hold? Will America ever be restored?
A utopia straight out of sweet dreams its citizens can only mentally create?

Will we be the fabled Golden Nation, a glimmering beacon of opportunity and promise that all the world should follow?

Or.....

Will we be a wasteland? War torn and forlorn? Only a distant fleeting memory as we speak?

Will we plunge into a dystopian horror as played out like The Purge?!

Only time will tell and heaven only knows......
For now, the public holds it breath and waits

As both America and the world can only hope and pray that Trump will lead us to the promised land as life rolls unplanned
President Trump and America's future

Clouds blacken o'er podium's farce
avowal mumbled, besmirched, dishonored
a liar's hand aflame upon a book of truth
as jackals cackle in the wings

Clouds darker still in the noonday gloom
the reciting rabble, “what is to become of us all”
this unreal thing set in motion
why must this albatross to wear

In the distance, the tolling, the darkest knell
piercing the wind and rain
to harp upon our ears like shattered glass
while the schoolyard bully smiles

I tried to write a nice poem for our departing POTUS and our First Lady, but this rolled off my tongue.

We can weep, oh America
the name of our country
over and over
our democracy looted
while the new President
is congratulated
and his acolytes kiss ***
like a ruby on the King's ring
the Secretary of Education
can't read and the Secretary
of Energy with his poor memory
drinks from a glass of big oil
while the Secretary of Interior
says there can be no more bees
no butterflies, no more gardens
for us inferiors, there will be
no more dreaming, no poets
or anti-discrimination policies
against anything, no brooms
for sweeping, just last straws
and executive actions handed
down from the white mansion.
Not my king.

Masked back-packing militants descend on DC.
The instigators' antics indicate true agitator's instincts. When the rest buy it, the best... riot ? Putin set the precedent by rootin' for the President. As for the protestors -- are they seeking to serve justice or just the Secret Service? Joined by thousands of patriot motorcyclists, the black-masked boast of hikers may be lost on a host of bikers. Hmmmm... the silent verve of our veteran friends proves that the violent serve wicked ends. The verge of silence may mean a surge of violence.
While snowflakes melt down, the state will clamp down as militants storm town. Eastern sages know: a mean Taoist turned teen Maoist may raise the base rating for race-baiting just to get a rise. Erasing a different face is not the same as facing a different race (and many of these mad Taoists seem a tad Maoist to me...) Opening the trunk, one forgets that elephants remember: when the mob rules, they rob mules. Democratic icons are stubborn things. Until the bandits are punished let's banish the pundits to the hinterlands of fake news.
        It's inauguration time, Dumbo.
Clenched-fist troublemakers will use any mass gathering as an excuse to undermine civil society. Social media and the irresistible lure of virality have only strengthened their incentive to "FSU" (f—- s—- up). Here's another thing you can take to the bank: "Mainstream" protesters on the streets of D.C. will look the other way at these lawless vandals who leech onto any available cause. Their common goal is not "social justice." It's destabilization and disorder.

As we get closer to inauguration day for President selected Donald Trump, I've got a few things I'd like to mention.

I say this in no offense to Trump voters, I say this in no offense to Hillary voters. No matter which political party you voted for; I wrote this for the reason that somebody has to.

On the night of November 9th, while the masses followed their leader. I witnessed a gay vs. gay aggression. Or should I say, Hillary vs. Trump attack. This confused me, considering it's his American right to have voted for Trump. Suddenly it dawned on me. If one man almost got beaten and kick out of a bar for who he felt in his heart to vote for; Oh boy, we're in trouble. The bartender didn't even want to serve him seeing he voted differently.

Sooner than later, I'll be hated for the God I choose to praise to.
Call it ludicrous, but He's been hated on since the beginning of time.
Why would it be any different for us? The one who believe.
"If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you." John 15:18

As the division continues to grow louder and stronger in our country this next week. Take heed. This world is dark enough, don't let them take your faith too. Even as love is at the brink of extinction, continue choosing love before hatred. Let's not add to it. If you don't have a clue what that looks like, just keep looking UP.

*For wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high *places." Ephesians 6:12
Just because I quote scripture doesn't make me perfect. Don't act like you know me, I'm just speaking from the heart.
