Madeline Killeen
In the morning when your eyes can barely open, open them.
In the morning when silence is a gift, cherish it.
In the morning when the sun is not your friend, greet her.
In the morning when your blanket is your lover, leave him.
In the morning when the cold pushes you down, rise up.
In the morning when the day mocks you, laugh back.
This is the morning where everything can change,
Embrace it.

Rise. Stretch your limbs. Let them crack. Ease them into the new day. New day. Freshen your eyes. Let them see. New day. Beautiful day. A good day. Put on your face. Fix your hair. Smile, smile. New day. Same you. Dress. There, a new you. Leave, go. School, work. Smile, say hi. Don’t keep to yourself. Other people make you happy. Remember? Drink coffee that helps. Eat, don’t forget to eat. Try to learn, you like learning. Now, dance. Let your limbs move. Let them feel. Let them be free. Then shower. Wash away the day. The meaningless minutes. The empty hellos. Now, lie down. Rest. Wasn’t that a good day? Sleep. Tomorrow, will be exactly the same.

I couldn't think of a name for this poem
just like you can't think of what to say
when you ask if I'm ok
and I respond **no
O.K

I lost the innocence and burned the flowers in me,
And I summon the presence of silence and ocean
I stayed and watch its roaring waves when it hit the land
And for a second, I thought I loved how fascinating it is
I wanted to stay any longer and forget;

                                                     What happened, happened.
                                                     Why it happened, happened.

So I wanted to contemplate the sceneries of the horizon
I wanted to appreciate the beauty it tries to hide,
And I stay awake for the night and—
I never thought how mesmerizing the stars is,
I never thought how it helps to get rid with the burden he caused

In this paradise, I wanted to get lost
Live and hide in the sea with golden sands
Live and hide in the place where can I say that it's mine
Live and hide in the place where silence welcome me when I woke up.

I wanted to get lost in a paradise where I could leisure everything
And I'm glad that my innocence are back
And joy starts to fill my heart again.
—get lost and look for a place where you can scream that you're alright.

Talia
I had a tough therapy session, can you listen?
She said, "Talia, you can't live in the psych ward."
But what am i supposed to do when every time i drive my car i have to pull over because i can't see anything but car accidents?
I'd never cried in front of my psychologist until she said that suicidal thoughts might be something i have to live with.
She said, this is bpd.
I said thank you.
She said that if i continue to purge at the rate i am going my heart will stop before i turn 18.
I couldn't help but think that i hope it does.

Why would I be something I am not?
Why get my hopes up?
There is no point
Maybe I am
We do not know
sad depressed love depression

Red fox runs across
Rocks carpeted with moss, leaves
Paws move like the Spring.
