Don't say that you'll love me forever,
Please don't,
Please, please never ever pray for me,
After today.

What I want to know, what I must know,
Listen closely,
Is--  can you, will you, forget me,
Don't cry

You have the rest of your life.
Hold me,
You must not live in my shadow, our shadow,
Tighter please.

Tonight we tag the best of our times,
Our children,
Tonight we laugh until we are drunk with joy,
So beautiful.

Promise me when I am gone,
Promise me you will move on.

Say it.
I overheard this conversation when visiting my mother in a cancer ward. It stuck.  The lady who was sick was scheduled to die with dignity the next day. I've paraphrased but not much. I think about her from time to time  hh
Those flashes of remembrance
So greedy and unjust
Won't give her one a chance
Of giving in to trust
When I looked into your eyes I realized that sometimes forever can just be for one second
I'll stay there,
Where my heart is at peace
and where it smiles.

I'll stay there,
Where my soul has a mate
And where it shines.

I'll stay there,
Where my stomach has butterflies
And where it fills with your love.

I'll stay there,
Wherever you are
And wherever you'll be.

For ever -
With you.

If you ever miss me.
Come find me here.
Don't search too far.
I'm here.
I'm not lost.
I'm always here, in my poetry.
I like to play with knives
It makes me feel alive
The danger of their sting
Why should I survive?

The knife begins to dance
My skin it wants to glance
The blood it wants to bring
Drifting into trance

The knife comes to a close
Its ballet now has froze
It's handle I will cling
And bleeding canvas grows

But knives will lose their touch
And thus I leave it’s clutch
And now my heart doth sing
For you do just as much
**** heart hurty
It's the silence of the night that makes the thoughts of you so loud
Close in distance
As the sun navigates the sky
Ages will pass and time will come by
When the stars were shining, I was growing up
Responsibilities had settled in
And before I knew it,
I forgot about the stars
