When that beautiful smile
lands on your radiant face
When my uncertain hands
find the curve of your waist
When our curious tongues
fill the in-between space

      These are the things
       that make my heart race

Those soft loving fingers
as they trace poems on my chest
Those enrapturing eyes
how they leave me refreshed
Those bountiful lips
and their quiet caress

All the ways you amaze me
       I may never express

the love of wild

Danya
i thought i finally knew love
when i shared myself with you
it was the love of wild
not the love of mind
and i had no clue
i thought it would last
but with days it went so fast
with every kiss you gave
a new life i grasped
your sweet watering mouth
satisfied my endless thirst
the anger you held
and all the manly hood
made me do everything i wasn't allowed to
you had no boundaries
and i watched amazed
your muscles and your beard
i thought could keep me safe
and every touch of yours
gave me a  shot of life
the euphoria of your lust
kept me very close
i still remember how good it felt
oh how could i forget
but for another i won't pursue
now i look for a love of mind
rather than someone like you

You run your fingers up my thigh
I sigh at the delicate touch and
Inwardly shudder at my multiplying
feelings, I try to say stop but
the cry dies on my lips
this I want
My body belies my shyness
My body electrifies my senses
no shame is felt as those fingers explore
the stimuli they bring, crash into me
like waves upon the shore.
Higher and deeper, they amplify
the lullaby that in my head sings my
shyness away and magnifies my delight.
Detoxified, I soar like a dragonfly
mystified at the brazen me
lying spent in the moonlight.

Wanton moonlight,
filtered through a fine white net
of cirrocumulous clouds,
so delighted by their caresses
splashing noiselessly
in to the blue pool,
wears an alluring tiara,
a crust created by fine foam,
does a squiggly dance
in the heart shaped pond,
where waves make beams
swing around non stop.
The silver white lilies,
one by one touched by this magic,
comes alive, open their eyes
drink from the fountain of
moonlight and join the dance.

The love pair, in their nocturnal
love games are lubricious to the core
having lost their hearts to both
the ethereal beauty and the arrows of cupid

In the quiet twilight of the night
Waiting for the break of day
I realised that you were right

In the time when dreams take flight
And the body drifts away
In the quiet twilight of the night

We should be making love not fight
Remember all our vows I pray
I realised that you were right

I reached out to hold you tight
Don't let go I heard you say
In the quiet twilight of the night

Now everything will be alright
This is how we have to stay
I realised that you were right

Before the dawn I saw the light
As the darkness turned to grey
In the quiet twilight of the night
I realised that you were right

All the laughter
all the screams
these things built
on friendship dreams

All the tears
on laughing faces
pushing the fears away
from the scary places

All the hugs
that are squeezed
into me
I save them for later
in my hour of need

All the talking
about our lives
our intimate details
saved for these times

All the love
that we give each other
anything we need
we'll look no further
inspired by a friend of mine that I've known for about 30 years
:)

Love?

You say that you love me.
But I know it isn't true.
For you only say you love me,
Because I say that I love you.
Don't lie to me anymore.

miss
the smell of baby neck and
***** handprints at **** level from
damp and funky hugs fresh from outside...
two against one
wrestling matches and
hide-and-go-seek in
closets and clothes hampers with
indian war paint
made of toothpaste...
Lifetime-Channel-cries (for her)
with crab legs and scrimps... and
steak and Stone Cold Steve Austin (for him)
cuz "real men (even little ones) eat beef"... and
don't do Lifetime Channel...
the sometimes uncomfortable feel
of heartfelt children's advice
as only they can give it
basic and to the point...
laughing... and sometimes crying
but laughing again
eventually...
oh
how i do miss
that which was
in its time
so taken for granted...
gone for good
into their audacious
adulthood

I wrote I love you in the sand at the beach
Tide swallowed the words and drowned them
But the waves were not the reason for impeding speech
My awkward asocial character is the one to condemn
Now the words are gone like the tearstains on my sheets that I have just  bleached.
