Why we never win;
This ain't the battle we're supposed to be fighting with.
Addiction
Trauma the roots
Pain
Escaping
Everything is closing in
Tears like rivers
In the end you’re drowning in.
Know
It’s not you....
It’s what’s done to you.

Every form of addiction has it roots in some kind of trauma. We must keep an open mind. There is much fear and loneliness there. With love you can move mountains.

A dreamer,
afflicted with struggle,
unaware of the pain.
Survival is bleak,
yet unconsciously the fight continues.
Within lies the key to the future,
but how can one see the future when you can longer see yourself?
This was a poem I wrote in 2016 when I was lost without direction. I dreamed of a better life at this time, but I couldn't see last the pain of my situation

have gone unwritten
due to fear of not being good enough

"Do you know if the dream is due"

"Could be"

"Is it the muse that you have too"

"We'll see ..........

Some days I wish
you had never given me
the time of day
just enough to make sure it hurt
when you walked away
i dont miss you at all.
Why won’t you save someone
when
Love and acceptance is all it takes
to heal any kind of trauma.
