Our bodies are facing
The arms of dawn.
Conflicts of our skins
From night's reverie
Floating with fading purple.
Still lost in the depth of
Your starry mouth,
Particles of me
Merging into the universe.
Mingled thoughts
Under mingled fingers
Making galaxies crumbled
Time after time
Inside my closed eyes,
As I'm being washed by your
Warm luminosity.
I'm overwhelmed as Merged got selected as a daily poem. It means a lot to me. I'm grateful to all the poet-readers of HP. I wouldn't be able to achieve it without their support. Thanks a lot ❤

born with a halo shattered
human afterbirth in dirt
withered wings, feathers tattered
protrusions of pain and hurt

only an angel can be born
held by the devil's hands
flesh becomes hard, when its torn
only an angel understands
I wrote this a few years ago. I don't think I have posted it for a while
Here's to, more laughs.
More stressing out.
More tears.
Less sleep.
More pieces of crumbled up paper of poems no one will ever see.
More confusion,
More things I will never see.

And....

Here's to, all the things I'm leaving back in 2016.
All the sleepless nights.
Tears.
Over reacting
All the happy times.

There are pieces of me I will leave.
But like a flower. I will grow. I will learn more.
Do things I never would have dreamed of.

Here's to, another chapter. Of a novel that will never be seen other than my eyes.

My new years resolution
is to make you the happiest man
I can.

and this new year
was challenging
and hellish
and chaotic
and ultimately beautiful,
I can only hope this coming year
is even more breathtaking.

and if
I could paint the sky
a thousand ways
I could not capture
the amazement
that are your colors
or the galaxies within your eyes.

I hope they last
at least fifty years to come.
*fifty plus years
