Placed into a frame
Of mind that is
Like a blurry photograph
Sitting on a dusty forgotten shelf
Even if just figuratively
Still
Literally the same as memories
Lost and locked away
And like the frame
So often compliments the photograph
This state of mind
Frames the thoughts of yesterday
Piece from an anthology I'm working on titled Swimming On The Moon
