your eyes drown me deeper than the ocean and i can never get up for air, but if drowing means i could look at you forever then I'll probably inundate myself.

your touch burns me and it hurts, but if burning means i could have you here by me then I'll probably burn to ashes.

your words were nothing but sweet lies, but if listening to your lies means i could hear you say you love me then I'll pretend; ill always pretend that they were true.

everyone ruled over her. she wanted to scream, scream it all out but she just kept silent; allowing every word to hurt her. pain was evident in her eyes and there are things she cant hide but she kept everything inside and it broke her until there wasn't anything left to be broken.

I'll strip down my affliction
and turn them into poetry

vulnerable and melancholic
my poems seem to be
they are for you
since you'll leave me eventually
