Weasel
My flowers in my window planter
are blooming and alive!

{ Weasel }
This is so true!
I replanted the seeds from last year,
and I am glad for the colors.
Thank you for reading!

Weasel
I took a walk within the woods,
A creek I had to cross.
The water was flowing swiftly,
I did not see the moss.

Before that moss I ever saw,
I took an awful crash.
The waters were so very cold,
As soaked when I did splash!

I cannot swim but the water
Was shallow at the time.
I slid again and fell back in,
Upon some algae slime.

The folks that walked behind just laughed
And I got mad wit 'em.
I wish they could fall in that creek,
Then I would laugh at 'em.

My teeth they chattered so fiercely
I thought I break a few;
The last creek that I had to cross
I fell in they did too!

Weasel
This cool riverside
Is so nice to relax by
Birds sing pleasantly.

{ Weasel }
This is true, for me at least.
Thank you for reading!

Away

Every dream fulfilled
      A steady stream of pleasure
No pain
       Ethereal sensations and situations too sticky for keys to shift into locks
          After dark I sit stuck and watch
               Perfect bodies in perfect motion no preconceived notion of love
         Only instant lust
    A lack of trust is commonplace when a face and name is just a waste compared to her waist
       No stretch marks looming
Perfect teeth and a crooked twisted desire
         All within reach at the touch of a wire

             I perspire from the fire in my stomach
         Unquinched thirst and unrelenting hunger
                   Skin on a whim is nothing more than another filthy playground we play in
     And sometimes we play too hard and get caught up in the facade we don't have flaws because we dont press pause
    We don't step away from the daily play of getting off and making way
         For false standards
We all fall short when not on camera

      We scar we bleed and we all dont understand
       You're not perfect but I love you, I'm ready to be a man...

And leave this filthy playground behind.
One thing leads to another in the tireless pyre of addiction. We burn but we don't taste the ashes.

Marian
I have danced through the mists
Drifted along many peaceful shores
I have sung in the drizzles and rain showers
I have fallen asleep to many different melodies
Through many seasons I have wandered aimlessly
Warm springs, hotter summers, golden autumns,
And perpetual winters
I have shivered in the cold
Hidden 'neath blankets of ice and snow
I have never withered, not even once
My skin is still fresh and green
I still have many more days to see
Many more seasons to welcome
And though I have become separated
From my beloved old tree
I still live
Though unnoticed by all

it's frightening how quickly
                   your best blessing
                       can become
                   your worst curse.
They were her hands,
Destined for pleasure.
Fingers tied knots
Ringed with gold,
And pointed the way
For growing old.

Palms held petals,
Bows, ribbons
And pages;
Wrists watched
The measured time
Of keys and games;
Wrapped packaged treasures,
Opened doors.

They were small
Determined hands,
Covered in flour
White skin
Powdering her face,
Inviting
Me in.

Hands held in supplication,
Joy and despair;
Hands in need
Of salvation.

Like leaves on
Autumn branches
That branches
Can't hold,
Her hands
Lost their grip,
Then closed
And fell cold.
