There was a moment in time
when all I needed a friend
not knowing where to turn
you showed up out of nowhere
with your hand you would lend
never asking for nothing in return

With your heart love you would send
to remind me that there is someone
who would always be there
and there's people who would always care
through hard times that come our way
to brighten up a rainy day

And though it will never be enough to say
a million times a thank you
I just wanted you to know
that I appreciate all that you done
and will never forget your heart so kind

So with these words I tell to you
thank you for helping me through
with your heart you brought the sun
and through the storms made it shine
to help leave the worries behind
and see a sky cloudy turn blue

human life is so weird,
you wake up to an empty bed,
you make a half *** of coffee
because there is no one there to share
it with you,
you stare out the window
and imagine all the couples
sharing the news paper and
a morning cigarette,
you shower,
you get dressed,
you go to a mundane job
that you wish wouldn't **** you,
you come home to a messy flat,
you take off your shoes,
you go to the bathroom mirror
and look at your city filled pores,
you eat dinner,
you go to an unmade bed
that has more pillows than you need
just so it seems like someone else is
sleeping beside you,
you read the book thats been
sitting on your bedside table for
3 months because you just stare
at the word filled pages,
and then, out of nowhere,
you're asleep, dreaming of a different life.

As the morning sun,
kisses the dew....

I wonder if I'll hear the words,
I love you....

These three words,
we cannot take lightly.....

Yet some people will use them,
that does not understand the true meaning....

These words are sometimes used,
to get what you want.....

These words are sometimes used,
to put up a front.....

These words are sometimes used,
by the insecure one....

These words are sometimes used,
by the passionate one....

I Love You.......

Better shown then said.....
Feelings that hold us....
Yet can mess with your head....

Words so true,
that can quickly turn blue....

Words so true,
that we cannot control....

Words so true,
that starts with two....

Plain and simple.....
Real love knows no hurt....

Real love,
comes from god above....

Real love is given,
and expects no return...

Real love is patient....
Real love is kind...
Real love is not self seeking....
Real love does not boost....
Real love endures all.....

Broken things require glue
Turn around that's you

Don't stand by and watch me break
This world needs NOT another fake

Take a moment to embrace me
Your touch will set me free

Pure hands infuse humanity
Deliver it just for my sanity

One touch ... a basic need I concede
